The service used to be top notch as far as coverage but now they've dropped the ball. I've had way too many issues with them ever since moving to the Lehigh Valley. My friends have also had the same issues in other cities and we're all just tired of the high prices and degrading service. I had enough and switched to a new carrier yesterday and I can tell you the bloatware they dump in the phones is a LOT.... I would recommend you all to shop around and compare plans, not just from the main carriers but also check out new carriers like Mintmobile. In Europe my friends all laugh at us because they're paying $20-$30 for service while we all get gouged in the US from these big carriers.

The first thing the repair guys said was - the glass is cracked and it has the antenna so it needs to be replaced. I asked what if it's not the glass. the receptionists said then we will put the old glass back on. (odd) i said what if the phone still does not work? we went round and round. So i left it and came back - the glass was replaced and it still did not work. NOW they checked by calling with their phone and with my phone and low and behold it was blocked. AND THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO UNBLOCK IT! Do I get an apology? no I get defensiveness. "This is not what we do to check if its blocked". (Excuse me - that is what you just did). The professional thing to do was to take the least expensive option first. And by the way $120.00????? I could have gotten the glass replaced for a lot less... NEVER AGAIN!

I drive ~25 minutes to the store this afternoon, speak to the same gentleman I did this morning. Suddenly I no longer qualify for the upgrade and would need to pay full price for the phone or pay more to have an advanced plan to qualify. I was very disappointed with this and got stuck in traffic on the way home to add insult to injury. I left that yogurt store, and I didn't get the yogurt that I wanted. And then I had a hard time the rest of the weekend.
