Plugged it into a PC but it was unrecognizable. My phone is a requirement for my work and other functions due to two-factor authentication. I found uBeakiFix in Center Valley, PA on my map search and drove over an hour to get there. Jacob was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and emphatic to my concerns. Jacob quickly confirmed it was my battery and lucky for me they had one. Jacob replaced the defective battery and calibrated it. I was back in business in one afternoon. What Jacob doesn't know is I have cancer and this was a challenge for me traveling there due to the pain I'm dealing with. If he couldn't help me that afternoon I would have been challenged trying to come back. He exceeded my expectations. I'm grateful for Jacobs quick actions and the services he provided by uBreakitiFixit. Thanks Jacob for making my service experience outstanding.

They rarely have a long wait, and my only real complaint was the super aggressive sales pitches I got for a bunch of overpriced accessories I definitely didn't need, and the fact that the sales associate tried to talk me out of the phone I was certain I wanted (fascinatingly, into a lower-priced option). But I definitely don't dread coming here, as I have to other phone stores or as I do calling Verizon customer service. That's worth a four-star rating.
