This is a review of their in-home service…read more As a remote living son, with a mom who is not the most tech-savvy, it means eventually she will have an issue I can't repair remotely and need another set of hands to help out. After a visit to "A local big-box store that has computer services" mom came home with a PC that was in absolute dire repair, with store provided bloat ware and there was nothing I could do. Which leads me to Epoch, a friend had told me about the service, so I reached out to see if they could do something local for my mom. After details were exchanged, they gave me a rough estimate of cost and away they went. After much PC cleaning, they managed to get mom up and running again and all the bloatware removed. They were very patient! I would definitely recommend them to all the remote-children out there who can't always solve the parents IT issues.

I had an urgent need for a MacBook Pro repair for the kid who is finishing up college at home due to the COVID-19 issues. MacBook would not charge. We had had the battery replaced at an Apple Store in January and all was good until the MacBook would not charge via the charge port any longer. A panicked call to Double Click and we have an appointment. We could have been looking at a new battery or a logic board but the guys at Double Click noticed the connector from the port to the logic board was not properly installed by the Apple Store folks. A quick fix and we're on our way with a working MacBook again. Relieved college kid and relieved Dad. Job well done and a new customer for sure now.
