Since then, I've gone thru many individual upgrades of av receivers, dvd recorder/players, even projectors, etc and now, in my 80's, its time for them to come back out and make sense of what I did to their beautiful system. After consulting with my local High-End Audio Store, I wasn't happy with my Customer Experience, and their complete lack of flexibility on $30,000.00 plus components purchase. I discovered Stereo Barn was not only an Authorized Dealer of the top brands, but could also handle repairs to audio gear that usually needs a return trip to the Manufacturer. After an in-depth consultation, I had some components sent for repair, came to an agreement on a trade-in and ordered several new units. My new equipment was delivered, unpacked and set up. The delivery was a 5-Star experience by a super-friendly Gentleman who took his time, answered every question, and even fixed an annoying issue I was living with, that I couldn't figure out on my own. He then took the almost 100 pounds of packing material and pallet with him. My new system is FLAWLESS, my repaired unit works like new, and the value I received left me with a huge smile. I could not be any more satisfied with my experience here. Repairs/ Trade-ins/ New Equipment, and delivery & setup are THE BEST!!

Went in and dropped off my laptop to be fixed. Which they fixed very fast. But the fee of labor…read morewhich is 110$ an hr. Is kind is crazy to me, I pay 11$ an hr for a mechanic to look over my truck. Not a computer. I just think the prices are way too high. Overall I ended up paying 867$ for my compter to be fixed, when a couple 100$ more I could have bought a brand new Mac. And i couldn't even get all my files on my hard drive back. And the drive wasn't even damaged, only the screen was damaged. You pay 65$ when you drop it off, then they called me back to order the screen I could have paid the full bill of 460$, but I decided to pay 220$. And then I was told an 110$ N hour for labor and they'll charge me 4 hrs off the bat. I doubt it even take that long if they're as professional as they say. But then I ended up paying another 580$ when I picked it up. So your telling me another 5 hrs to bypass to get me to get apple again. Idk, it is what it is now. But I believe I was taken advantage of.
