Not only did they want to send me to their Plymouth Meeting store--supposedly they had better inventory--I would have had to wait almost a month for an appointment. I said the heck with that and brought it to this place. I told them I didn't need anything extravagant, just replace the dead front speakers. Much to my surprise they had an appointment available the NEXT DAY. I took it and ran with it. They gave me exactly what I wanted, when promised, for a fair price, and no harmful side effects with my car. This is a personally and privately owned business. For something like this, they'll probably give you much better service than a "national brand" shop, which I should have known. Yes, I would recommend them to anyone looking to repair or upgrade their car audio.

With the help of Brandon and his wonderful service team, I was able to set my washing room with a separate washer and dryer. My shower glass was just completed by Pottstown Glass and I couldn't be happier with the end…read moreresults plus it was a great price! I dealt with Joe who was very pleasant and upfront about any hiccups along the way. Joe knew the importance about NOT drilling into the shower curb which made my day, other quotes I got said they may drill into it which is a BIG NO-NO. My hiccups came from the manufacturer of the glass not from Joe himself, they cut my towel bar holes too big so we had to get a replacement panel. Joe went above and beyond and still came out and installed my shower glass same day so that we could use our new shower ASAP, he then came back (45 min drive) and installed the correct glass panel once he received the replacement PLUS he made the manufacturer give me a discount for the hassle. He even made the manager at the manufacturing facility call me to assure me that he was at fault and that they were working on getting a replacement right away. I dont think you could really ask more from a person or a company in dealings as I felt they went above and beyond. I read the other negative review and I dont think that person realizes that ALL shower glass companies have to deal with outside glass manufacturers for shower glass. Shower glass is TEMPERED and goes through a "built to order" manufacturing process for each order. These big manufacturers have to cut your glass, then bake it in a big oven to temper it. Its a large process... I have added a picture of my shower above so you can see how it turned out.

A big start would be being professional on the phone. A second thing would be actually showing up…read moreas promised. After reading some other reviews when this company didn't show up I guess I dodged a bad situation. To make things worse this company appears to not have a PAHIC number which is required by the state to operate as a home improvement contractor. This is a major red flag coming from someone who ran a HVAC company if their own in the state for a long time. They also have been taking 50% deposits which is not allowed in the state under the PAHIC laws. Use caution using this company. Edit to add: The owner admitted to taking larger deposits than he should. Their PAHIC information is not listed as it should be and did not come up when searched by name, phone number, address or anything else. Their manager is a snot nosed punk who lies. The whole company apparently had issues and has been reported to the proper channels to ensure they are looked into and that they use proper tactics in the future. What makes this even better. You did not have a PAHIC number until I told you about it. I can see when you filed for it. Your company continues to lie and cause problems for itself.

Everyone either didn't have the exact features and color I wanted or had bad customer service (hello Lowes). This store is a good distance from my house but after emailing what color, features, and budget I had in mind their response told me it was worth the drive. They had three options in stock that met all my criteria, which considering I wanted black was a huge plus. Apparently other stores now consider black a custom order! Within 10 minutes I made my purchase and took advantage of their delivery and removal service, which considering I'm not in the same county was huge! My salesperson was very personable as well as knowledgeable and not pushing. He knew what I wanted and didn't try to steer me in another direction. Plus they had tons of different appliances in stock, many in black. He said they stock black always because of the huge Mennonite clientele they cater to. Next time something dies, which I hope won't be for awhile, I'll go there immediately and not bother to shop around. Sidenote: pricing was better than big box too, my new dishwasher, with new features, and a 10 year included motor warranty was $200 less than the old one was a few years ago!
