They showed me their products, demoed a 'home theater' environment and sold me on the idea that they were the people I wanted to do business with...and then sold me a terrific system w/106" projection screen. That was back in 2000. Since then, I've gone thru many individual upgrades of av receivers, dvd recorder/players, even projectors, etc and now, in my 80's, its time for them to come back out and make sense of what I did to their beautiful system. Hope they'll agree to do so, what with new technologies like 4K and region 2 dvd capabilities, I need them to make my new components 'talk' to one another. While looking for new speakers, I realized I'd never left a review for several prior purchases I'd made at Stereo Barn. After consulting with my local High-End Audio Store, I wasn't happy with my Customer Experience, and their complete lack of flexibility on $30,000.00 plus components purchase. I discovered Stereo Barn was not only an Authorized Dealer of the top brands, but could also handle repairs to audio gear that usually needs a return trip to the Manufacturer. After an in-depth consultation, I had some components sent for repair, came to an agreement on a trade-in and ordered several new units. My new equipment was delivered, unpacked and set up. The delivery was a 5-Star experience by a super-friendly Gentleman who took his time, answered every question, and even fixed an annoying issue I was living with, that I couldn't figure out on my own. He then took the almost 100 pounds of packing material and pallet with him. My new system is FLAWLESS, my repaired unit works like new, and the value I received left me with a huge smile. I've been dealing with Stereo Barn for at least 27 years and have purchased numerous pieces of upscale audio/video equipment from them primarily because they've always taken the time to show me the product and have shown tremendous knowledge of their products. I've purchased B & W speakers, McIntosh stereo equipment, Sony video projectors and more multiple times as I've upgraded my system at least 5 times over the years. First had to pay 105.00 just to schedule an appointment. Then three (3) weeks went by and no telephone call to schedule.....then we had enough of waiting and called to get our money back because we hired someone else, the salesperson had the balls to say....I am sorry you are impatient but we will refund your money.....UNREAL!!!!!!!!!!!
