After consulting with my local High-End Audio Store, I wasn't happy with my Customer Experience, and their complete lack of flexibility on $30,000.00 plus components purchase. I discovered Stereo Barn was not only an Authorized Dealer of the top brands, but could also handle repairs to audio gear that usually needs a return trip to the Manufacturer. After an in-depth consultation, I had some components sent for repair, came to an agreement on a trade-in and ordered several new units. My new equipment was delivered, unpacked and set up. The delivery was a 5-Star experience by a super-friendly Gentleman who took his time, answered every question, and even fixed an annoying issue I was living with, that I couldn't figure out on my own. He then took the almost 100 pounds of packing material and pallet with him. My new system is FLAWLESS, my repaired unit works like new, and the value I received left me with a huge smile. I could not be any more satisfied with my experience here. Repairs/ Trade-ins/ New Equipment, and delivery & setup are THE BEST!!

We purchased a Samsung Dishwasher last December. Frustrated, I decided to install the dishwasher myself. The rear leveling leg was missing. We returned the Samsung and decided to get a Bosch. The store was very nice about the exchange but failed to make arrangements to have the Bosch installed. After weeks we finally had the Bosch installed January 7. The new dishwasher is already broken. Every year we purchase the Best Buy protection plan, so I was sure Best Buy would take care of everything. A call to the store got us an AI generated response that we would need to contact Bosch ourselves. Bosch gave us the number of a repair company with a three-star rating, so at this point we're hoping they can repair our dishwasher. We've been faithfully buying our appliances from Best Buy because of the buyer protection plan. I should have read the fine print. I won't be renewing my protection plan or buying appliances from Best Buy in the future.

End of story, after hundreds paid and owed, TV was not fixed. He said he needed even MORE money for additional parts, with no guarantee that the TV would be fixed, the whole thing seemed like a money-making scam. I should have listened to my gut in the first place when I was sus over the whole no credit card caper! There is nothing to back up the defenseless Client in this situation. My advice is STAY AWAY!

I…read morewas already to file an insurance claim, all the insurance company needed was a professional to examine it and say "yes, lightning killed this tv." I talked to John about coming over to fill out the claim form and he said 95% of the time it's something he can fix. And he did! I got both my tv's back, working perfectly, and paid less for the repair than I would have paid for my insurance deductible. He even called me with updates when the parts were back ordered. Yes, it took a few weeks, but they saved me a LOT of money! I'll use them again! Although I hope it's not because of lightning! Ha!

Not even sure where to start. As for comparing it to all Targets I've been too (which is more than I'd like to admit) this one was painfully average. Legit just another Target. The layout was similar to the mid tier ones I've been too. Not fancy enough to go toe to toe with the high end ones. But well stocked and clean enough to keep pace. Holding this store back are the absolute heathens that lurk the store and patrol the parking lots. Groups upon groups of children (high schoolers) who are bored and have nothing better to do but cause chaos at Target late at night made for an interesting shopping experience. Respect management to get them escorted off property. But they left a trail of mess in their wake. Disturbed customers and just kind of weird behavior overall. Major points to the management. And I will not lie this place takes laps around the local Walmart of the area. I'm kind of shocked that place is still in business.

Extremely unprofessional hacks. The only thing worse than their lack of actual computer/electronic knowledge are the blatant lies they hide behind in attempt to cover up their incompetence. Every time I called about the status of a repair, I received a different answer. Funny how the problem could easily be fixed until after I forked over $120, and then suddenly the drive was damaged and corrupted and it could not be repaired. Not only was I out $120 but, when I went to pick up the drive, all I got in return was just loose parts from the original drive.
