The home did not have a wired electric doorbell which was required for my cameras, and Adam (owner of 1 Solution AV) was quick to reach out. I had initially asked for recommendations for electrician but appreciated that he reached out privately to explain what I would need done. Adam immediately offered to come over and look at what I would need done and provided a free estimate. His communication / response time was quick and professional. Throughout the estimate he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving the quote, he provided his card and without pressuring whatsoever said to call if I was interested. I reached out the same day to get scheduled. He was again quick to respond and booked me within the same week. He even reached out again to help move my installation to a Sunday morning due to the weather forecast. The installation went smoothly and quickly, and he was professional throughout the entire experience. We had some hiccups with the security system equipment (no fault of his own) and he was quick to assist as I spoke to the security system customer service. I would highly recommend Adam and 1 Solution AV and will absolutely use again for any additional services as we get settled into our new home.

I had had an entertainment system installed by a big box company. The contractors came (after weeks and weeks) and went without explaining anything and with all of the support materials, so when our back speakers didn't work I had no clue where to begin - other than to not call the big box store ever again. Pete and Dave stopped by same day to do an assessment and fixed the problem in no time, carefully explaining what they were doing all the way through. I made such a mistake! I should have started with Sokol Sound from the beginning!! Their prices are incredibly competitive, they are responsive and they actually care about their customers.
