Not sure why it's called "Southeastern, PA" ??? It is a very large facility, accessible to all the corporate offices nearby on Swedesford Rd, etc. Interior is physically identical to the USPS PO in West Chester on Airport Rd. Other than that, it's all you'd expect from a PO. In 1 year I've had numerous pieces / packages of mail go missing - including important items such as tax forms, prescription medicine, and checks/invoices. Sometimes the mail finds its way after a few weeks, other times I never see it again. Most recently they lost prescription meds (schedule II narcotics). A neighbor 1 mile away posted on Facebook that while walking their dog they found the package in the snow on the side of a road. What's more is the postal carrier marked the package as delivered in mailbox, when very clearly from my doorbell camera I see no package was delivered on the date in question. They marked it "delivered" 2 hours after they were actually on my stoop that day - very clearly lying. Sometimes I don't have a choice as to what delivery service is used (e.g., CVS ships via USPS), but when I do I will not choose USPS. It's apparent from other reviews that this is a reoccurring theme in this town. For a "company" that is funded from tax payers you'd think they would care more about the service they provide. If my Amazon gig-fare drivers can find my mailbox successfully, certainly these "professionals" can too.

I don't know what is going on but now, whenever I send a check out, I take it either to the Kimberton or Malvern post office. Sometimes the scanning of each item works, but in my experience, it often does not and the clerk reviews the return to check off the items manually. At this location, the clerk scanned the first item, but the second didn't go through. He said it wasn't on the return, and I said, "Oh, all of them should be on there." From there, he started yelling at me, to the point that I had to ask him, "Why are you speaking to me this way?" more than once. He was yelling that if he took the items, I wouldn't get the refund for them. I tried to explain that this was a common occurrence and that there was a way to review all of the items on the return, but he would not listen at all. I said that I would just take them somewhere else to return them, and he continued to harass me until I walked out the door. It was like he went from 0 to 100 over truly a very small issue, and I will never go back to this location because of it. By the way, I went to another location down the street, and no issue at all doing the return for all of my items.
