My sister and I needed passport photos and some documents notarized. We made an appt for Saturday…read moreafternoon; it was the Saturday after Christmas. As you might guess, the place was BUSY, with people sending returns of gifts or picking up packages; one reason why this review is 5 stars is the store had enough staff working that they were able to provide quick, efficient service to the patrons that came in to use delivery or return options, or pickup their mail and packages that had been delivered to their UPS mailbox. That meant that the UPS rep who took our passport pics and processed the documents for the notary services was able to give us his full attention for the 20-30 minutes it took for us to get everything taken care of. Again: HUGE plus and a big indication that customer service was obviously a priority that one worker was able to devote his time and attention to what we needed on a busy post-holiday weekend. And we never felt rushed. Rashod Doyle was the gentleman who helped us. He was meticulous, patient, and took little extra steps that he didn't have to, in order to help ensure our documents would be ready to go for "official" review and (fingers crossed) approval. Rashod went out of his way to explain what he was doing with every step of the notary process so that we understood and felt confident with the care and attention he demonstrated. We had been somewhat apprehensive about the process, but Rashod really made it "stress free". So a huge kudos and thanks to Rashod and the staff for making everything seamless and easy.

From the moment I arrived, the environment was rigid, controlling, and completely dehumanizing. The phone policy alone was enough to show what kind of system this is -- supervisors grabbing people's personal devices with no respect or professionalism. It felt invasive and unnecessary, especially when adults are treated like children who can't be trusted with their own property. The security process was just as bad. Long lines, metal detectors, and a slow bottleneck that punishes workers for delays the company itself creates. Even if you show up on time, you can still end up "late" because of their own system, and they make it clear that the blame falls on you, not their poor setup. The entire atmosphere reminded me of an institution, not a workplace. No warmth, no respect, no sense of humanity -- just rules, surveillance, and a constant feeling of being controlled. I left before even clocking in because I refuse to be part of a place that treats people like replaceable bodies instead of human beings. If you value dignity, autonomy, or basic respect, think twice before working here. This location operates like an oligarchic machine, not a job site.

I get a notification that my delivery has been delivered and left at the front door. That is not my front door. That is the sidewalk in front of the business underneath my apartment. My door is not there. My door is in the back with all of the other apartment, I have lived at this location for two years and not a single delivery sent through. FedEx has been delivered successfully to my house 9 times out of 10 they refused to deliver it and I have to pick it up at a location 20 miles from my home. the one time I request to pick it up they dumped it on the sidewalk.
