She then told staff to contact me with more threats - stating helping my family will only make it worst in coming months. She took this posture even though my bill never exceeded $350, as I made payments as soon as I received money. I requested payment plans, they chose not to work with me. The pandemic continues to impact the entire world. I truly get there will be individuals who have taken advantage of the help received. I am not one of them. I am a tax paying citizen, who has taken pride in the work I do. I value hard work and taking responsibility for my own. During a pandemic, everyone should work together. The oil was over $4 per gallon, I finally shopped around and found someone 50% cheaper and professional. I was told my propane tank was unable to be filled, that I could buy or lease a new one from suburban. And that no one in the area would recertify the current tank. Not true, as I called around and had a 5 yr recertification done on the tank that I own. Their app was easy to use for payments and fuel requests.
