The guy at the counter was prompt, extremely courteous and helpful. He took the extra time to ensure that he added the required RMA information to the label, as well as any other requests from the company I was sending it to. Simple, quick and easy. It's nice to have a local package spot to count on in a pinch! As a bonus, it's inviting to have someone wait on you that welcomes you, smiles and seems to genuinely enjoy their job :)

I then called and they could not tell me why . I was on the phone with them for over an hour as they tried to reorder . When it finally went through they cancelled again and then told me I had to wait until Monday for their system to get fixed . By then all the Black Friday deals would have been over and they could not even guarantee that I would get a laptop . Staples sucks . I will never ever shop anything from them again!

It's conveniently located in a shopping center off of Baltimore Pike and has plenty of parking available. I wasn't sure what to do when I got inside so I just stood in line. As soon as a rep was free she asked if I had a prepaid label and if I scanned it yet. When I said yes and no, she came from behind the counter and led me to the self scanner, start here if your package is ready to go with a prepaid label. Just hold the barcode under the scanner and take it to the counter when you get a successful beep, and it will print your receipt. Drop the package at the counter and you're done! The girl that helped me was very friendly and knew I didn't know what to do, so her customer service and attitude were appreciated. Can't say much about the value as it was a prepaid label, but I am sure it's in line with other major shippers in the area. They have lots of packing materials for sale if you should need any, and friendly service. Highly recommend this location.
