We only sell them in packs of 11. Me: Ok...I'll take four packs of 11, then. -She rings me out- Me (in my car): Why did 44 stamps cost me 44 dollars? That doesn't make any sense when they're .55 cents each... Me: *counts the number of stamps per book and finds that each book has 20 damn stamps in it and she sold me 80 stamps instead of 40* How do you work at USPS and not know that 20 stamps come in a book? And that selling a book of 11 stamps is ridiculous? And that when the cost comes up at $44, you sold me double the amount of stamps I need? Parking here also sucks.

I was hoping that the employee's name would be on my receipt, but it just says "clerk 11." I'm a bit bummed about that because the past two times the same girl has helped me (a young black woman) and she's so damn friendly and nice and it's just so not what I'm used to at a USPS store, so I wanted to give her some props! Hello Yelp Family!! How are you today? I have visited this Post Office in Folsom about three times,…read morebut never reviewed it til today. Theresa , the post office clerk, is a big reason that I visit this Post Office. Theresa is always kind and friendly. She goes above and beyond for all of her customers. She doesn't know me by name, but thats ok. She says she sees a lot of people everyday. Thats explainable. Every visit that I remember, Theresa goes out of her way to make sure a customer is satisfied. Last week, I needed a Priority Label sticker to mail a Priority Package and Theresa came from behind the counter and handed me one and put more on the counter and places where the Priority Mail products were in their respective cubicles. Today, I had two returns going to the same location, two Ebay products. I just arrived today, one of the first customers to arrive after 8:30 am. They open at 8:30 Am. When I arrived, I started looking for boxes big enough to fit my two items. Theresa came from behind the counter and asked what was I mailing? I showed her and she suggested a box. Then she said, I have a box for you and went and fetched me a box. Sure enough, it was large enough for my two items. I addressed the Priority Label and gave it to Theresa. She slotted it in the computer, after telling me it was $14.40. I was maiing my item to Plantation, Florida. I got off cheap today! I asked her, her name today and told her that I was going on Yelp to give her a great review. I also gave her a great review on the USPS website. I will definitely return, it is convenient, right near Planet Fitness, where I work out three days a week. After the gym, I visited Wawa, Dunkin and then I waited in the Post Office parking lot until they opened. I was listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show to kill time. The parking lot is not large, just large enough to hold a few customer cars and employee cars. Okay,Yelp Family, have a blessed weekend, today is Friday, August 7, 2020.
