A week later, I still hadn't received a proof. I contacted them only to be told it was on its way and days later they were working on it. Two weeks later, I went to the store. The employee in the store couldnt find anything related to my order. He contacted the owner because to quote him, "This isn't good". The owner told him to tell me I would get the proof that night. Tired of the run around, I waited over an hour until the owner arrived. He acted as if there was not an issue but the proof wasn't ready! Another employee apparently was creating the proof. After discussing details I shared several times before, I left two hours later being told I would see the proof that afternoon. I didn't get the proof until 2:00 am the next day. The employee felt badly about how I was treated that he volunteered to deliver them to me. The owner was very unprofessional and unapologetic for the poor customer service. I will never used this business again and I wouldn't recommend it. To respond to Mr. Lord's response, I do not agree that you worked hard to satisfy me. I do thank you for acknowledging it was not a good experience. I sent you an email expressing my dissatisfaction before I wrote this review which you did not respond. I am not satisfied.

We ordered 10 of each map design (30 maps total) and were very excited to add these maps to our store. Upon receiving the maps, we realized they had sent us over 100 maps and charged us $108. We were told to return the maps and a refund would be mailed to us in the form of a check. A month has passed and I have tried calling them numerous times. I was hung up on once and after calling again and expressing my want to speak to a manager or owner, the gentleman told me, "I do not have time for this," and hung up on me again. Completely appalled at how a business can run like?! I still have not been able to resolve our issue.

This is a decades worth of service opportunities that were below average. By contrast, I have indeed seen them treat other people very nice and go above and beyond...the last time I was there I witnessed that, and I just laughed to myself, because I'm ten years in on this business and have NEVER been treated so nicely and friendly. I'll rate my experience(s) one star but if it was a way to rate lower I surely would. Nothing I've experienced there over the years would make me recommend them to anyone.
