When the young woman at the desk heard his tags rattle, she asked if I had a dog there. I said I did - he's in a crate. She told me they don't allow dogs there. That is absolutely their right but they might want to mention that on the website. I read it to see what I needed. I said, "Thanks - I'll take this somewhere else as it's 85 degrees out and I can't leave him in the car." She said nothing. I took the dog and went to Wiggins Auto Tags two minutes down the street. No problem with crated dog. They notarized the letter for $5 and offered me a free copy for my files. I'm not someone who takes a dog into restaurants or libraries or anywhere else that might be problematic but why wouldn't you mention the "no dog" policy somewhere as a courtesy.

What great service !! I'm NEVER going back to the other guys in town…read more It was nice not getting jerked around like the "other" tag/title company has for the past few months...I think they should stick to shredding documents and leave the title work to the professionals at Kyle's !!! She came back and was frustrated with me for having my husband assist me with the paperwork we needed. He's active duty military overseas and I was with our five month old child, so I needed his help with some aspects of the paperwork. She told me that I don't need my husband to help me and she does everything herself and doesn't rely on a man. Then she refused to help us saying it went against PA's requirements despite the insurance company assuring us and her everything was in order. She began raising her voice at both me and my husband and then also raised her voice with insurance company and hung up on them and threw the phone across the counter, complaining to other people in line that she didn't want to deal with difficult people. The other woman and her were both bad mouthing customers as they left the shop. I highly advise you to use another business, because what should have been fifteen minutes took an hour and we were disrespected and yelled at the whole time. The owners' response to my husband was that was when you get a group of women together there will inevitably be an issue

First, they are so smart being open until 7:30pm on weekdays. HUGE plus when I was trying to find a tags and titles place enroute from work to home. Popped in on a weekday evening after work and was politely greeted by Kevin who was so kind and patient as I stated off my initial convo with I have no idea what I'm doing, sorry if i don't have the right things, but here is the information I have. One would typically receive an annoyed look, but Kevin was so cool and was like what do you got. Ease overcame me immediately. Turned out, I had all the right info needed from my car company to get the title so I could move forward registering in PA from NJ. Kevin took all my data, even taking the time to fill out my form that I could of so easily done, made the copies he needed, and said we'll call you once we receive what we need. Quote time was 1-2 weeks typically depending on your cars company. Received a call less than a week later saying all was ready. Came in, signed my papers, settled up, new PA plate in hand and next step inspection instructions. Cost for my needs was $209 which I felt was reasonable even though I had no clue what the going price range is for these types of services. Would HIGHLY recommend Jack Rabbit for and tags, titles, registration and notary needs.
