My phone got shut off and locked. My girlfriend switched phone service to T-Mobile and needed Boost to unlock the eSim because they said we had to be a customer for a year. If I was in the country illegally or Hindu or Pakistani, I would have ZERO issues with getting my phone unlocked. I have a bad right foot and I'm disabled. I need a phone to make doctor appointments. Boost mobile can go pound sand. read more

They never answer the phone, they advertise they're open until 7pm, but get there before 6pm and find a note on the door to come back in the morning. Ridiculous read more

you think u can get over on people. " oh i dont know how to cancel auto pay or virgin" ( youve been doing this long enough man) then you charge people 50$ more then whats listed on the sign THAT YOUR HANGING IN YOUR STORE!?!?!?! you ate 100$ loss on the sale now your going to eat a chargeback too hahaha.....this guy... go somewhere else find a cheap prepaid iphone and take it to any carriers prepaid......no hassle no fuss read more

The best customer service ever!!! Trinity helped me switch my plan and she always answers when i call with any questions i have. The store always looks great! I never have to wait long periods of time for anything i need to purchase or pay for! Love this boost mobile location!! read more

DO NOT purchase at this store. They do not provide proper customer that is stated in their company…read morepolicy. They sold us a phone with a virus on it And blamed us of course. And they wont back up their products or return policy. We went to the store, just needing a simple cheaper phone just to use for basic functions. After being talked to by the most horrible sales person i ever encountered, we got phone and left. My friend is inpaired and was treated poorly and discriminated against. within minutes of leaving store, we noticed that some of the functions were not working properly. We figured it was some thing with the service not the phone. Went back to store, which most people know how that goes. But we were greeted with the same AHole who said.. you ready for this... He said "did you come back with enough money this time to buy a real phone"!!!! Wow. My friend is impaired. he used derogatory comments and was verbally abusive. And offered no help. We tried for a few weeks to fix, called 3 times for metro support. Nothing was done and as usual, they keep bouncing it back n forth from store to customer service. In the end, he blamed us for causing virus and wont help. i blame him for virus as it happened the minute we left store day we bought it. Im not done with this as I cant stand by and watch people with disabilities get taken advantage of. But please do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

I brought it to them thinking a new lens cover and cleaning might be the fix. Here's where an experienced technician comes in, Turns out the lens cover was fine. They took off the screen and cleaned the camera lens from the inside along with the tiny lens that does face recognition. Who would have guessed that was the answer? Not only did my camera work great afterwards but my face recognition, which had also been acting weird, was back. No lens cover replacement needed! The Iphone X lives on!

I eventually broke down and went to Walmart and got a my family mobile phone. As horrid as the Walmart is on Delaware /Columbus is that was a better experience than this place . And this is listed as a corporate store and not as an authorized dealer on metropcs' website.
