I spoke with the store associate to share the reason for my visit and was told to return in 90 mins (which is when my phone was expected to be ready). I returned a little later than directed and my phone was not ready - there were at least 2 other customers in the store at this time; the associate updated me to say that there would be another roughly 30 minute wait. As I sat, the phone rang constantly and customers continued to pour into the store... I continued to wait patiently and finally my phone was ready (I was not timing it at this point because I was trying to distract myself so that it would not feel like a 30 minute wait)... After several more interruptions and at least 30 minutes, my phone was ready. To sum it all up, I gave 3 stars because: 1 star for the efficient service and I give 2 stars to the store associate - the store was BONKERS from what I witnessed; he never lost his cool and remained calm and collected the entire time AND he was the only person working. He also gave me updates on the status of my phone while I was in the store. Note to future customers - allow yourself time to get your phone fixed, even if an estimate is provided... I made the bad assumption that my service would be completed as expected and it was not. I would return because the location is convenient and the process was easy although not quick... BUT I sure hope I don't have to return any time soon!

Someone keeps calling me but don't identify themselves as Tmobile so I don't answer. I called the 1-800 # and explained everything. The 1-800- number told me not to worry although I had to talk to 3 different representatives a few being rude and conflicting with information and directions as to how to proceed and remedy this problem. THIS T-MOBILE STORE- will not help you and tell you "we don't do that" or take a payment even though when you call T-mobile they tell you that any store should be able to help you with your account and take a payment. Stay away from here and switch to a different cell phone carrier with decent customer service like -Consumer cellular .

After the 2 customers ahead of me left frustrated, I'm not sure why I expected anything to go better for me. After about 20 minutes of staring at her tablet, she had me fill out a few forms which apparently led to some kind of issue and which point she said she couldn't help. No other managers or employees of any kind offered any assistance. And so I left just as annoyed as those before me.
