Very rude. Worst customer service I've experience in a long time. Do your self a favor and go to Apple or best buy.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon, I planned to be the first person in the store and I was but I…read morecould not have anticipated the high volume of customers that also needed help on this day... I spoke with the store associate to share the reason for my visit and was told to return in 90 mins (which is when my phone was expected to be ready). I returned a little later than directed and my phone was not ready - there were at least 2 other customers in the store at this time; the associate updated me to say that there would be another roughly 30 minute wait. As I sat, the phone rang constantly and customers continued to pour into the store... I continued to wait patiently and finally my phone was ready (I was not timing it at this point because I was trying to distract myself so that it would not feel like a 30 minute wait)... After several more interruptions and at least 30 minutes, my phone was ready. To sum it all up, I gave 3 stars because: 1 star for the efficient service and I give 2 stars to the store associate - the store was BONKERS from what I witnessed; he never lost his cool and remained calm and collected the entire time AND he was the only person working. He also gave me updates on the status of my phone while I was in the store. Note to future customers - allow yourself time to get your phone fixed, even if an estimate is provided... I made the bad assumption that my service would be completed as expected and it was not. I would return because the location is convenient and the process was easy although not quick... BUT I sure hope I don't have to return any time soon!

This is my first review. My daughter needed her phone activated. We walked into the AT&T store at…read morethe Wynnewood Shopping Center. We were not greeted by either employee. My daughter explained to the one gentleman (SHAH) what she needed. I am an authorized user of the account. SHAH asked for my ID. SHAH kept his head forward and never acknowledged me or my daughter. SHAH mumbled and I had to ask him to repeat himself numerous times. SHAH stated that I am not an authorized user. He was very indignant about it. As he was looking at his screen saying that I was not. I called the 800 # & 611. I had no idea that AT&T customer service would ever be closed. I asked SHAH to see if there were any other stores nearby. SHAH explained to me that they were all independently owned and were not affiliated with any other store. I asked for SHAH's business card. I was furious with the lack of customer support that SHAH was giving us. The business card did not have SHAH's name on it. I walked back in and demanded his name when SHAH said I gave it to you already. I asked one last time and he begrudgingly spelled his name (SHAH) for me. I slammed the pen down on the counter and SHAH's coworker started calling me (my man, my man, my man). I did not turn around to acknowledge him. I explained that I am not your man. We then went to another AT&T store at 230 E Lancaster Ave, Wayne, PA. My wife met us there since she is the account holder. We spoke with a gentleman named Joseph. He was awesome. 5 stars to him and that store. While Joseph was activating my daughter's phone, he stated that there was an authorized user on the account. Someone named Paul. That is me! My real name is Paolo (Italian), I go by Paul (English version of Paolo). This could have all been avoided if SHAH used some common sense and asked me a question about who Paul was. That is like someone named Joseph who goes by Joe. Form the moment I started taking to the manager he had an attitude. 6'1 African American gentolemen. Really not friendly. Gave me an attitude the whole time. Would talk and talk and do nothing to help me. I was not being rude. I am frustrate but I was keeping it together. This guy displayed the patience of a 10 year old. Manager talking down to me the entire time. Really don't appreciate coming into a store and being insulted and condescended by the manager. He seemed very annoyed I interrupted his day. THIS T-MOBILE STORE- will not help you and tell you "we don't do that" or take a payment even though when you call T-mobile they tell you that any store should be able to help you with your account and take a payment. Stay away from here and switch to a different cell phone carrier with decent customer service like -Consumer cellular .

After the 2 customers ahead of me left frustrated, I'm not sure why I expected anything to go better for me. After about 20 minutes of staring at her tablet, she had me fill out a few forms which apparently led to some kind of issue and which point she said she couldn't help. No other managers or employees of any kind offered any assistance. And so I left just as annoyed as those before me.
