Teri then helped me chose whether to get the regular size or plus. She was especially helpful as she was able to let me sample how both phones would feel. After that, Teri helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. Whenever I came to a problem setting the phone up, Teri explained it to me. I can't recommend Tori enough! As for my data problem, the gentleman provided instructions for how to move the data without losing it. After speaking to an Apple tech, who advised I get a new phone because my version 11 phone has only half the capacity of the newer phones out there because "the upgrades require more just to run the phone" and since I can't afford one at the moment, this is the perfect opportunity to learn a new skill ! At that point, I decided that instead of waiting to buy a new iPhone, I would prefer to try harder to get my existing iPhone fixed. So I drove out to Wayne to visit Microcenter. They likewise said that they could not fix my iPhone because it was too old. I then headed to Bryn Mawr. Cameron at ubreakifix started to help me within a minute of my having walked into the store. He fixed my iPhone screen in about an hour, for about eighty dollars plus tax. My iPhone now works like new. I saved time and money by getting my iPhone fixed at ubreakifix.
