Lies and nothing but lies from beginning until you finally dump them. They lie and say no hidden fees. After I joined they added a 17.00 fee for not allowing these theirs from having access to my account. The rep lied and said I was on autopay in the beginning and dropped it. I sent check stubs proving they NEVER had access and he continued to lie. They hit me with a 411 charge that I never used. Then they flop you onto a MAGENTA PLAN that I never asked for because none of the shit is anything I would ever use. Worst decision I ever made was using these clowns. read more

So I go into the t-mobile store near 13th & Market, I wanted to change my card for auto-pay. It has never been an issue, she wasn't doing anything, I think I was bothering her. Well even after explaining that I came in and had done it before, I was told to use the app. We are talking about something that I've had done in less than five minutes, she could not help with. Went to switch from att to tmobile and the person helping me was completely unhelpful and in the end rude. While my phone was unlocked there were still some problems switching over. She said it wasn't her problem as the phone was not a tmobile phone and that I should have checked that all was ok to switch provider ( not sure what you do other than have an unlocked phone-- would have thought that would be there job) Left in disgust and turned to att to help me leave them for T-Mobile. Hope this is not what customer service with T-Mobile is reall like. read more

The customer service at this location is appalling. The staff does not seem to understand the products and services offered by T Mobile. The information they provided us was inconsistent from what we were told at other store locations and by T Mobile representatives over the phone. Further, they were very unprofessional, to the point of being rude. We spent two weeks trying to unlock our phones after staff at this location told us they would be unlocked in 24 hours. After visiting the Apple Store, other T Mobile locations and calling customer service, we were told we needed to go back to the store. When we went back to the store, the staff took no responsibility or initiative to resolve the situation. They even yelled at us for canceling our plan, even though the reason we cancelled was because they told us they would port our numbers, and they could not. I left the store more frustrated than I have even been after dealing with any customer service representative. I would recommend going to another store location and considering Verizon since the plans are comparable. read more
