    Since October 2018, this has been my personal experience & the extent of their "customer service". *They delete bad reviews from their pages I wrote a review on my ongoing experience at their establishment, had a whole conversation with someone under my comment months later -- that post has mysteriously disappeared. *Poor communication/Ignores their customers They tell you they'll reach out to you with updates & information -- they don't, & always have a million & one excuses as to why they couldn't, as well as finger point the customer asking why we didn't just reach out to them. Since October, ANY update I've wanted/received has been the result of me fed up with the silence & reaching out MYSELF because they don't. At all. *Reportedly causes problems so people have to pay to fix more than they initially came in for I initially bought a phone from them March 2018 (still have the receipt in my CashApp transactions). I had just moved back to Philly & didn't have the money to put service on the phone yet. Little did I know, a few months later when I could, I found out the phone was black listed -- meaning service could not be put on the phone. They sold me a "pretty brick" is what my Verizon representative explained to me. So I brought the phone back to the store, explained the situation & expected a refund -- because honestly, who wouldn't simply want their money back ? It was over the 3 month return policy on their receipt, but they sold me something I couldn't even use, right ? Well they told me they don't do refunds because they honor their warranty policy (although the bottom of their receipts said within 3 months, at the bottom of the receipt -- the only reason I requested a refund). So I agreed to let them simply replace the phone under the circumstances they could transfer my information from the black listed phone to the replacement phone like they said they could (It cannot be done). So they then told me they'd transfer the information from the black listed phone to a hard drive I gave them to do so (my suggestion because I STILL need the information on that phone). They then told me there was supposedly an encryption code on the phone that they accused me of putting on the phone, as to why they can't transfer information from the phone to the hard drive. So they then promised to give me the black listed phone along with my replacement phone. Since then, I've STILL been waiting for a simple replacement phone, with no communication from the shop other than me reaching out once a month (why is this even going on this long) to find out the status of my replacement phone. There's either never a response, or I get fed up, waste my time coming all the way down to their store, only for them to give me more excuses, unfulfilled promises, & false ETAs. I've literally been using one of their loner phones since October. They: *Promised to replace my phone/upgrade the gig for a 256G instead of the 126G I paid for, for the inconvenience *Promised to offer a month of the prepaid phone service I use for the inconvenience; That later got pushed to 3 months of service SINCE the long period they promised 1 months prepaid service. THIS IS THE ONLY PROMISE THEY MADE THAT HAS BEEN FULFILLED (& that 3 months is almost up & I STILL don't have my phone). *Promised to ship the black listed phone (with a hard drive I let them BORROW to transfer the information from the black listed device), to me after finding out the information couldn't be transferred. The hard drive is my brothers, so now they're inconveniencing 2 people for 1 situation. DO NOT. Shop at this establishment. They made the excuse to me before that they're unorganized because they're a new business but they've been up & running for well over a year; & if anything, you don't need to run a business to understand customer service. They are BEYOND unprofessional. I'm gathering the funds to take them to claims court & suing for the money I put out for the initial phone, minus the funds they put out for the 3 months phone service, plus my time & emotional labor; I am also reporting them to the BBB.     My Phillie Wireless took my iPhone X in for a screen repair and gave me back someone else's phone. When I picked it up I was able to unlock the device and thought that was strange but the guy told me it happens sometimes so he said I will reset it. Once he rest it he gave me the phone back and said ok all u have to do is sign. When I got home and attempted to sigh in there was an iCloud lock on the device from someone who was not me. 3 days before Christmas the guys representing his self as the owner with the name of Sharp told me once the store fixed the screen they are not responsible for anything else and had security escort me out the location. I never cursed or got upset however he started to say I was attempting to scam him when all I asked for was my phone back. The guy also stated that he would do a. Heck in my phone to prove that he gave me back the correct phone and once the check was completed he refused to show me the results. I am currently looking for the owners contact information so that I can file a complaint. I am current out $180 plus the cost of iPhoneX

    I would not recommend this place to any one. They use cheap fake screens with bad quality.

    I needed the battery replaced in my smart watch, I searched online and also went to several watch…read morerepair stores, couldn't find anyone to do it. Got a recommendation to try Girls Fix it. While the battery was replaced, and the watch is working fine the communication left much to be desired. Dropped off watch on Saturday, was told battery should arrive Monday. Okay, that set the expectation the watch would be ready sometime by the end of week at least. Crickets! The following Saturday I reached out for a status update. Response was battery was received, will test today or tomorrow, meaning Sat or Sun. Monday got a text that battery was replaced, and watch was turning on. I then asked when I can pick watch up. Response, I'm homebound until the 9th of Dec, however, can have watch delivered. I asked who would pay delivery charge, response, we will cover $15. I opted to pick watch up from same location I dropped it off as I live a 25-minute drive away and I'm not up on Uber deliver charges. We agreed on time and date. Day of pickup I receive a text at 2:45 (5 o'clock pickup) stating we're coordinating with someone to meet me at designated time and place. At pickup time I receive a text that I fell asleep. I then opted to wait for Uber delivery. Watch was delivered about 6pm, waited an hour. Communication is key to good customer service!!!!

    I requested a new battery. Turned out I didn't need one. Appreciate the honesty. Will use again.read more
