DO NOT come to this store!!!! DO NOT have your phone fix in this place. Nothing but SCAM!!! They Don't have any knowledge about phone. I brought in my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to replace my cracked screen. They replaced it with fake stuff so it's not compatible to my phone. Without telling at the beginning until I found out something different on my screen. And I go back to the store they told me it was generic screen that is why only cost $190. At the same day few hours after I got home. My phone screen totally dead. I came back next day and ask the owner. What happened to my phone. He didn't give me any answer just said he will check it and I have to wait for one hour. After got my phone fixed its happened again the next morning when I got up my phone screen dead again. This time I go back again to the store. The owner very unhappy. Rude. And start yelling at me said he will put back my old cracked screen back and return my money. Otherwise I have to accept the condition of my dead screen phone and call my lawyer. He will wait for it. Very arogan SOB here to treat his customer like that. I have no choice but to let him put back my old cracked screen to my phone and get my money back. Hopefully no damages on my phone from what they do to my phone. read more

As you can clearly see I am a very unsatisfied now ex-customer. This place ripped me off $70 to a phantom phone service that I was never even able to use. Listen, you people need to learn a couple things about customer service and talking back to your customers, not listening, not empathizing and refusal to issue refund and refusal to take fault when you're wrong; are going to cost you dearly. I am telling Everyone I know to boycott this establishment. They don't care about helping you out they only care about scamming you out of your hard earned money. If I could give the store negative stars I would. I came to the store to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed that was cracked. I paid $90 for them to fix my phone screen. When I picked the phone up the owner said it had a month warranty. He also put a screen protector on there for free, however it was for possibly an iPhone 6 or smaller because it did not cover my whole screen. I dropped my phone on a rug in a store and it cracked immediately, exactly one week from the day that he fixed it. I brought the phone back to the store with my receipt showing him the date and explaining what happened. It cracked in the exact spot where the screen protector did not cover! He proceeded to cop an attitude with me and tell me that was my fault that I dropped the phone (duh) and said he will fix my phone for half the price. When I reminded him that he told me that there was a warranty (the definition of a warranty means that it will be fixed guaranteed any specific amount of time) he started getting cocky with me in front of other customers! Straight up lied to my face! These people are crooks, liars and sneaks I will never give them another dollar of my money and I would hope that other people won't either. There's other places that fix phones for a little more money and I will go there and spend my money. Maybe if they knew the English language they would know the correct definition of warranty. read more

I took my phone to Paging 2000 after a bad experience with Gadget Fix. My phone screen shattered a few months back and I had it replaced at Gadget Fix. My display started acting up recently, and long story short, it was the screen. I took the phone back to Gadget Fix, and his best fix was for me to pay $94 to replace the screen, as long as I was going to pay in cash right then. I decided I didn't want to give them any more of my money so I went to Paging 2000. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional regarding my repair. I picked up my phone, which was ready in 45 minutes, and it is as good as new. The quality of the screen is way better than what I got at Gadget Fix, colors were dark and off, and they showed me what had happened with my previous screen. My husband also fixed his phone recently at Paging 2000 for an affordable price. His phone works great as well. Their pricing also can't be beat. read more

This place is great if you are looking for a non-provider affiliated store. Honest, reasonable, and knowledgeable. The owner and all the staff are helpful and know their stuff. They are great at advising which phone and plan to get and carry a ton of no contract services. The hooked me up with Simple and I couldn't be happier. At $41 a month for everything, I am saving a ton of money. Honestly, this is the only non-carrier cell phone store that I trust and go to. They can unlock and repair phones too. The owner is Vietnamese, so a lot of his clients are same, but their english is good and they are very respectful. read more
