Assistant refused to to take my computer and do it for me unless I signed up for their $199 maintenance plan. I replaced this myself on regular CPU units but never the all-in-one and was concerned with breaking the back cover. Told her forget it, I'll YouTube it and figure it out myself. Took me about 10 minutes to get it done myself, and about 6 minutes of that was just reviewing the videos to see where the battery was located.
