Wow wee. Don't even know where to begin! Went there on 5/3/2026. Got there early and meet with girl who was so miserable. Did not help or go over options but did try and up sell me an i pad or iWatch as free (but then admitted $7 month service fee for life of phone). Got phone for my daughter drove back to Center City Phila and then realized I got wrong phone since salesperson did not go over options (pro, pro plus). Took my 12-yr old back with me. Arrived at 2:00 pm and was put into que 7 people back. Workers were clueless and miserable and other customers getting irritated. Some employees just walking around or going into back room and not returning for 15-30 minutes. Assistance Manager RALPHIE (ear buds in) and not helping one-person despite the line. Finally at 3:15 p.m. meet with a salesman and tell him need to exchange for iPhone pro. He gets asst manager involved and 30 minutes later have daughter's phone. They again charge my credit card. We walked outside and my daughter realizes salesman gave her iPhone pro plus and not pro. Walk back into store. Same stuff with miserable employees. Asst Manager Ralphie comes over and asks why back in store. Explained to him that got wrong phone. Also told him we had a family dinner about half hour away and needed quick exchange. Handed him cc again to fix. Ralphie goes into back for 45 minutes and my daughter and I stand around. All employees there miserable. Finally Ralphie emerges calling me and 12 yr daughter "BRO" and explains having issue with it but is on phone with tech. I asked why tech if just a return. No response. He goes back into back room. With dinner approaching and a 12-yr old trying to calm down. Go up to salesman and tell him bc he gave us pro max and not pro he caused us to be there over 2 more hours and miss family dinner. He immediately sells asst manager under rug and says Ralphie was one who grabbed the wrong phone. Sit again and wait for 30 minutes. Ralphie comes from back and opens door and says "F_ _ K" as approaching me and 12 yr old daughter. I confront him for cursing and dropping F Bomb in front of my daughter. He blows it off and says was not saying it to my daughter but just saying it. He says still working on it. I said no just transfer money back and cancel order. Go outside and now my daughter phone is shut off. Go back into store and deal with Ralphie again. He tries to get my daughter phone working and tells her to just take pro max on him. Told him she wants pro and does not want large phone. As he was trying to get her phone on salesman tells Ralphie someone one was on phone to walk him through giving her right phone. He does not even look up. I tell him now that we missed dinner go do it and give her right phone. He goes in back in total disgust. As he is in back one of his employees tells me Ralphie was not cursing at my daughter. I said I hope not but would you agree 1) he dopped f bomb in front of 12 yr old, 2) not appropriate thing to do - he agreed with both. Finally got my daughters right phone @ 4:45. Charged for 3 phones still on my cc. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPEREINCE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Truly disappointing experience. The delivery arrived on the wrong day. the washer was slopped in, hoses in different directions around the sink legs, drilled into the sides of our sink leaving holes, and the dryer hooked up Was incomplete. the worst part was when we emailed about our concerns, 1 incomplete install, damage and it being delivered a day early ... were told "I thought you would be happy." highly recommend go elsewhere read more

Its next to near impossible to reach the store diretly and also impossible to resolve tech issues with the phone. Already been to store mulitple times and sadly must haul myself over one more time. Was mocked by employees for going in twice and not buying (overheard as the sales rep walked away from me) and just asking questions the 2 times I've been in to the store over the past week. I still intend on getting a plan with Verizon, but the salespeople were unhelpful when I asked about the logistics of switching from my current service provider. I get that their pay is probably based on sales and would be more than willing to return to the first person I talked to if they weren't so dismissive. **updating this review to say that the response from Verizon to this review was super canned, disingenuous, and unhelpful. read more

I am tired of trying to get ahold of someone that can help me from Verizon. They have stores to set up service and to take your money but when there are issues they all play the same tune.... We cannot help you you have to contact customer service. So not ok but then try and get ahold of customer service.... It is impossible to call and get someone. Instead they force you into a chat or you have to schedule for them to call you. In the chat they can see all past conversations but you still have to take your time and explain everything again. Once you take all that time to explain it in black and white they still are confused and don't understand. For months I have been going back and forth and keep getting told I have to wait two billing cycles for my credits. Now that time has passed they are saying I don't get the credit or the credit was already placed on another line which it was not if the representative just took the time to read and understand. They you ask to speak with a manager but just to be clear no one can call you it all must still be done in chat. But when no one understands the conversation in chat what then....... Because that is the issue I have been going round and round with. I am due to close on my new home tomorrow which has been no stress at all and instead I am ready to rip my hair out over Verizon issues that never get better year after year after year. read more

Went to this location about two months ago to switch to Verizon Wireless. Already had my old and new phone, was switching from Sprint. Was greeted by someone as soon as I walked in, no wait. I didn't come prepared, needed my old account number, fortunately was able to look it up on my old phone. Agent was patient with me and my new phone was activated almost right away. They also provided me with a SIM for my iPad. Was told my first months bill would charge it as a phone but would auto adjust downward after the first months bill. Second months bill just got paid and my iPad was still being charged as a phone, but called customer support and they were able to work it out. This location is in the parking lot of a larger complex. My Nav system had me drive 300 feet past the entrance and had to make a U-turn. read more

I have to say I'm not really liking the way Verizon is doing things. We went today to upgrade our phones. It's so much of a hassle. They no longer switch over your pictures or contacts like they used too. It's kind of like let me sell you as much as i can and push you out the door. They try and up sell everything. If you don't want something, the salesperson gives you an attitude. I'm sorry i don't want to spend $90 on screen protectors. They no longer have 2 year contracts so you pay for your phones monthly. You also have to pay an activation fee now when you upgrade and sales tax on the new phone up front. We've been Verizon customers for well over 15 years but it may be time to make a change. read more

So I have an iPhone 8 Plus with a cracked screen. I went to this store to buy a new iPhone 11 and the customer service was horrible. They did everything possible to keep me from buying a phone... their pitch was you should wait until the 12 comes out in a month, i asked when exactly is it coming out the response was we are not sure. I said again I want to look at the 11 because I need to buy a phone today, they said they don't recommend the iPhone 11. Im in sales and this was the worst experience I ever had. I said so basically you're trying to not give me what I want and pitching me on something not out yet but that I should wait months for the 12. He actually said yes... astounding! I hope upper manager corrects these issues fast. If they're doing it to me they're doing it to everyone. I was ready and willing to buy the 11 on the spot but since they talked me out of it I left the store. Please let me know when you hire sales reps as apposed to people selling something not in stock. read more

Don't know anything about this store but after reading the insanely racist review written by Jennifer Y., I felt the need to put up a 5-star review. Why was it necessary to point out that the salesman was "African American"? How is that relevant to what you were reviewing? And, how do you consider construction OUTSIDE the store as a part of the service you received? Just an FYI...you ALWAYS get a better deal online than in the store on phones and you should be thankful that the "pushy salesperson" was attempting to save you money. Purchasing the tablet in the store was likely a deal that could only be offered at the store level. Also, if you're going to pretend to be so high-and-mighty that the appearance of the construction site was too much for you to bare, you might also want to be just as critical when it comes to your use of the English language. Your statement pertaining to the look of disgust you had on your face should have said "Once he saw...", not, "Once he seen..." My guess is you walk around with a look of disgust on your face for much of your day, Jennifer Y. And why would anyone stick around to try to sell you something once you've given that look? They are SALESpeople. The word "sales" appears in their title for a reason. THEY WORK INSIDE A STORE THAT SELLS THINGS. hello after purchasing a refurbished 4G phone from Verizon only to realize that within a week of using it that it had many problems , finally an agreement was made to return the phone and receive another phone in its place . when I received the second phone I realized that the camera did not work properly , so tech support agreed to send out another phone in witch I paid 800 for until I could return the second phone and then I would receive my payment back upon returning the 2nd phone . disaster , when I went in to return the 2nd phone and get my refund a kid named Conner was very rude and did not even try to look up my account or assist me in any way , after he ripped the box open to retrieve the paper work he sead the box is open and you cannot return it now because it is opened up.. I will get to the bottom of this but meanwhile be aware of this store and the people working there . how he could have ever become a manager of a Verizon store is beyond me .. this will not be the last time he has to deal with this subject unless he is fired ... t mobile is starting to sound really good , looking into Comcast also ... 30 yrs. with Verizon is about to come to a very swift end.. will keep you updated on this very unpleasant ordeal . read more

I will NEVER go to this Verizon wireless store on Bristol pike, Bensalem PA ever again!!!!! First off they are doing construction right outside their front door which means you have to walk all the way around to the side which is not only unappealing to look at but inconvient. Then we were greeted by an over the top , uncomfortably pushy sales girl which only made me want to turn around and walk out. After hearing what she had to say we were approached by an African American male sales representative. My Boyfriend inquired to this man about trading his iPhone 4 for the iPhone 5 and the man basically told us we would have to do this online. But before we had a chance to leave the sales representative wanted to show us a tablet that was on sale. After eagerly trying to push us into buying the tablet the sales rep offered to take care of our phone situation if we purchased the tablet. My problem with this whole situation is that the sales rep did not have minute one to help us or really seemed to care what we needed until he thought he could swindle my boyfriend into buying the tablet which seemed like he was only concerned about the comission he would get from selling us the tablet. Once he seen my look of disgust and that we were not going to buy the tablet he rudely dismissed us and walked away!!!! Is this how you train your employees to conduct themselves to customers???? By trying to bribe them??? Not only have you lost our business but my family as well !!!! We all cancelled our plans!!! I will be sure to spread the word about how you treat your customers!!!! I went to this location with my father in law. He was adding myself and my husband to his account and suggested that we go there. Everyone was very nice. The sales associate that helped us was Mia. She really took her time with us and got everything set up for us. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because I asked her if I needed to call AT&T to cancel my account or if this automatically happens when they transfer the numbers over. She told me that it is done automatically and not to worry. The next day something told me to call AT&T and they told me that the account was never cancelled. If I didn't call I would of gotten another month worth of charges. Giving the benefit of the doubt though it could of been an error on AT&Ts side. Also I've noticed that I had better signal with AT&T. Overall this is the best Verizon location I've been to (I had Verizon in the past) however the signal/cell service is inferior to AT&T. read more
