I started to tell him about my issues and immediately he just started telling me what the problems could be and offering solutions, although I really wanted to bring it to him to fix it. I asked if I could bring it over and without hesitation he said yes. I immediately left for his office and when I got there he stopped what he was doing to work on my computer. He figured out why it wasn't booting up, then he figured out what was making a ticking sound and repaired it, then fixed a popup error message that always popped up every time I shut down the computer. Then he changed a lot of programs from automatically initializing at start up which caused it to take forever to start up. After just 1 hour my computer now starts up faster, no more clicking noise, and no more annoying popup when I shut down. Awesome service!

So I brought it to Ctrl+Alt+Repair. When I got there, they were friendly and said it would be done the following week (I dropped it off late Friday afternoon). I got a call back the following Tuesday that it had been repaired. Turns out my hard drive was fried and they replaced it with a modern 1TB SSD. I didn't think anything of it because the email was formatted EXACTLY like other PayPal emails. So I clicked the number, "PayPal Customer Service" answered and long story short, they said that my PayPal was hacked, and had me download a program called Any Desk on my computer so that they could fix it and make my account more secure. I knew something was off and eventually asked the guy if I could finish this process the next day. He gave me a number to reach him and when I called the next day, it just rang and rang. At that point, I knew. I fell for it. ‍ I talked to the official PayPal number from their website and they said I needed to close my bank account and have my computer and phone cleaned. Freaking out because it was our business computer, I knew exactly who to call. I called Jason Johnson from Ctrl+Alt+REPAIR and within 24 hours, he had my computer and phone cleaned and all of the hacking data was removed. He advised me that I needed to change all saved passwords on the computer and assured me that I'm not the first person nor will I be the last who has fallen for this unacceptable behavior. He answered the phone, asked a few questions and asked me to text him a picture of the label inside the freezer. He said he was in the middle of a service call and would call me back when he was done. He called back in about 10 minutes. We talked more about the issue, and he came right over! I was very impressed! Unfortunately, my freezer could not be saved because the model number and brand could not be referenced. However, Mr. Bedwell showed me what to do to keep it useable for about 10 days until I could get a new one. That evening, he called me to say he had a customer with the same model several months earlier, so he had looked up the invoice and found the part. He offered to order it. I said YES! His prices were reasonable. He was very nice and informative. I would definitely call him again!

He answered the phone quickly, and I explained my problem. He told me it would be $65 to come out and diagnose the issue and that he could come out that afternoon. Really awesome with the quick service! Before he came out, he had research pricing. He took a look at the refrigerator and spent about 20 minutes on it. He told me we would need the tubing as well as the reservoir replaced, as it comes as one part from GE. He told me that the parts would be $125 and he should get them in within the next day or so, and there is a $15 trip charge along with whatever time it would take him to replace. He estimated that it should take no more than 45 minutes (at a cost of $45.) He called me the next day to tell me that FedEx still had not delivered the part but he expected it either later that night or the next day. We made arrangements for him to come out a few days later, based on my schedule. He was very accommodating and said that he could be out between 2 and 4 PM. I also requested that he call first, so I would have a better idea of time. He called this afternoon at 2:30 and told me he should be here around 3 PM. He showed up @3:03. It took him about 25 minutes to replace the part, at a cost of $30. He cleaned up after himself. He is a bit of a straight shooter, no nonsense but capable and curt, but not rude. The only reason I gave him four stars, was due to the $65 cost to come out and diagnose. But he was very punctual and had wonderfully quick service. I would definitely use him again!
