Chet's Printing is the type of business that cares about its customers and doesn't blow you off when you call with an emergency order, or need a quick response. There have been numerous times that I have left messages and was surprised when a short time later Chet himself walked through my doors to discuss what I needed! Seriously, what other company can boast this kind of service??!? I assure you that none of the franchise printing places offer that kind of attention to their clients. In addition to being quick with responses, Chet has always been on-point with popping in when he instinctively knows that my regularly-ordered supplies are about to be getting low. I have a few printed items that I send out on a consistent basis so he checks-in to assess my inventory, replaces them as necessary and stocks it himself! The Duck Heavy Duty Packaging Tape does not stick to cardboard. It seems the gum is so weak it is not suitable for the advertised purpose. As for my experience at OfficeMax it was okay.
