Where to begin? As soon as I stepped foot into the door, I was met with " where's your mask "? Not hello, not, how are you? Nothing. Then I tried to get my duplicate title. My license was expired by one month. I called Express tags immediately and they honored my medical exemption , processed my paperwork, effortlessly and with such respect. I will never step one toe in B and K auto. Rude, inept and had no clue what they were doing. I zipped up to Express Tags at 812 North Eastern Road. Warm, welcoming, fast, and professional. I called them for out of state registration transfer,, they gave all details and paperwork to bring. Plus they called my leasing company to directly send them the titles. All I had to do was go with some supplemental documents. Laura was very helpful. We were in and out, in only 30 mins for 2 car registrations. Laura also clubbed all our necessary paperwork and stuck post it's so that we don't get confuse with the paperwork + number plates for 2 cars. Appreciate her due diligence. They seem to be knowledge but with a chip on their shoulder. If you ask a question they take it as an insult and they only give helpful suggestions as the very last resort. So sad. The place is nice and clean, in a good location, and plenty of parking. I just wish their customer service attitude was more helpful and less defensive. Plus they gossip about every customer that leaves their office right in front of customers standing right there listening to them. So unprofessional. Maybe they just need to realize that the frustration their customers are expressing is directed at the bureaucracy, not at them personally. A more helpful attitude would go a long way in making the transactions go more smoothly. But then what would they talk about after you leave? read more

Absolutely amazing service I register and tagged an out of state purchase in 10 minutes with Kathy! Fantastic speed and service Super knowledgeable! Do not go here. Bad customer service via Laura. She will berate you for asking questions. Made me so uncomfortable with her bad attitude that I left & will be doing business elsewhere. It's a shame because it's a great location. My advice would be send Laura on vacation so she can improve her tude. read more

This could be one of the worst customer service organizations I have ever dealt with. I had a simple title transfer and had the misfortune of dealing with Mary, who is somehow related to the owner (which is probably the only reason she keeps her job). She gave me incorrect information, was rude and extremely condescending. When I questioned the misinformation she provided, I was told in no uncertain terms that she "has been doing this for a couple of years now" and that she "knows what she is doing" I spoke to PENNDOT afterwards and found that everything she told me was incorrect. I will go out of my way to use a competitor in the future. read more

Incompetent and inconsistent depending on who you get in there. Go somewhere else unless you like getting the run around.

I was flabbergasted to read the negative comments about B and K auto tags. I have dealt with them for over 20 years and have never found them to be anything but knowledgeable courteous and friendly.
