I'm sitting at a red light on the 29th day out of 30 days that I should've had something notarized. I looked up and there was Zane Insurance Service. There was free parking and a clear sign they could do provide the service I desperately needed. How convenient. Yes!! I went inside and a very kind young lady quickly asked a few questions just to determine the type of document needed. She kindly waited as I wrote the document and even helped me spell-check. When I was finished, she then checked to make sure the document was complete. I paid with my card, and I was on my way out the door within ten minutes. She was helpful, efficient and knowledgeable in expediting my transaction. I appreciate those qualities in a worker. Thank you. Good job!!!

I was told it would take 24-48 hrs. Well after 48 hrs I called, still wasn't done by PennDott. Ok, this tells me one thing and one thing only. Even though I was promised and paid to have it done, Crystal obviously didn't do her job on Monday morning as she said she would and later claimed she did. When I called at hour 100 she lied and said she never said it would take 24-48 hours. She claimed she stated at LEAST 48 hours which is a blatant LIE. I will NEVER give John's my business again and I will make sure with every avenue I can that everyone knows that Crystal and John's can NOT be trusted. Oh and thank you for the call that never came, Crystal. Another promise BROKEN!!!!! I told them on Saturday that every day it took was costing us more money and that still didn't encourage you to do YOUR job, Crystal H. Their ineptitude and lies cost us a few hundred extra dollars. AVOID JOHN"S AUTO TAGS at all costs. They also doubled the price that Crystal had told us on Saturday!!!

It took all of 3 minutes to complete our transaction. Staff was helpful with all of my questions. Parking was plentiful. Aside from renewing registrations, they offer a bunch of different services such as auto tags, auto insurance, and notary public work. One heads up though, they don't take credit cards, just cash and checks. There's an ATM at the Amish market if you need one and a PNC Bank just beyond that.
