I asked him what was Penndot's main headquarters number. Because I wanted to ask his associate if I could run it there myself instead of waiting 3 weeks and get it done the same day. Then he told me to get out your phone and google it and to put on your big boy pants trying to humiliate me. My mother was so offended and said wait a minute sir that was really rude. I was just trying to talk to this man politely and he was being nothing but rude and obnoxious. Everything I asked his younger associate he chimed in with a smart ass remark. So then he asked the person he was on the phone with that was apparently more knowledgeable about this process and it turns out I could run the title up there myself and flip it the same day! So, I said well thank you I will just do that then at this point I just wanted to get away from this man and then upon walking out he had the nerve of saying "how's that for being rude."Completely obnoxious this man should be ashamed of himself treating people like this how unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone going to this place unless you wanted to be insulted, disrespected and humiliated.

I'm sitting at a red light on the 29th day out of 30 days that I should've had something notarized. I looked up and there was Zane Insurance Service. There was free parking and a clear sign they could do provide the service I desperately needed. How convenient. Yes!! I went inside and a very kind young lady quickly asked a few questions just to determine the type of document needed. She kindly waited as I wrote the document and even helped me spell-check. When I was finished, she then checked to make sure the document was complete. I paid with my card, and I was on my way out the door within ten minutes. I had been with one of the major insurance companies for 25+ years.  Trying to reduce costs I…read morecontacted Geico since they started offering Home Owners Insurance.  I recently needed to file a claim on my homeowners insurance (Stillwater Ins).   Water leaked into my house from the roof and chimney, and also caused some damage to the ceiling in one of the bedrooms.  The cost to repair the chimney alone was $8,300; plus the roof and bedroom ceiling repair.  The claim was denied, and the adjuster told me "damage due to maintenance (or lack of) is not covered under my policy."  I told them I was almost 70 years old and I no longer climb onto my roof to look for maintenance work needed. Three days later when they sent me out a documented denial, they said they did not cover damage caused by rain over a period of time.  Once again, I told them I don't inspect my roof and chimney regularly, but that since we both agree the damage was done by rain the claim should be covered.  Once I noticed the damage in the bedroom ceiling, I called a roofer to find the cause of the leaking. At this point in time, I am out about $12,000 for necessary repairs and my insurance coverage is no where to be found. I contacted my Geico Agent and he was of no help whatsoever. I hold Geico responsible since they were the ones who selected Stillwater Insurance to provide the home owners insurance shown on TV. Not only am I out $12,000 for repairs, I also sent money every month to Geico/Stillwater for insurance coverage- didn't provide much coverage when I needed support.
