Instead, there are buttons on the steering wheel. After 8 months I never got used to the buttons, especially on a traffic circle. I found aftermarket stalks and bought them. Turns out the steering wheel and airbag have to be removed to do the installation and I was not up to that with either skills or tools. I worked for hours to find someone to install them. Tesla would not and most places would not touch the job or if they did wanted a fortune to do the work. Marc was great in explaining everything and setting me up with an appointment. The place has a great vibe. They set me up with WiFi and the music they play is great. I highly recommend Imagine Audio as my go-to place for anything involving the dashboard.

So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT!
