Jenny (the owner) is SUPER nice and our limo driver was a lot of fun and very courteous. The only reason the review isn't 5 stars is just because they seemed a bit unorganized and kept losing our information. Also they don't have a website or any other means to see their business or pictures of the limo.... so at first we were a little hesitant. But honestly for the rate we paid I shouldn't be complaining one bit. We didn't get ripped off in the slightest and the driver was extremely tolerant of the crazy group of tipsy girls in the back. Overall- very impressed. I wanted to put up a review so that other people will consider quoting Gateway Limousine if they are looking for some classy transportation :)

Our must recent experience involved a two hour delay in our flight departure. Blue Hen Limo was on top it all by monitoring the flight and knew to arrive later for our pickup. We were encouraged to text if there were concerns or questions. I would highly recommend this limo service for all your needs near and far.

They could not accommodate our car seat request but I'm not sure if that is something that could have been provided if the request wasn't so last minute. If you're looking for a car service I highly recommend De Limo because they are reliable and professional. They are on the pricier side but at least you know you will be taken care of.

Greg also stated that he has so much respect for the business owners and how they hire people. He was delightful and earnest. With the limited options for transportation off the base, we went with the only company available. He quoted $10 per head for our family of four to get to a hotel just off base (10 minute drive), clearly taking advantage of our situation. While in the cab, he sped through a red light and answered a call quoting some poor couple $20 per head to get to a nearby hotel. I understand supply and demand, but I also understand predatory companies taking advantage of our military families. I don't typically do this, but I felt it was necessary. If you have to fly into Dover, try to make other arrangements. As it was, we felt stuck and taken advantage of.
