We recently booked a 2 month vacation in Europe which also included 6 weeks of river cruising. Long term parking was more costly than using the shuttle plus who wants to drive 2 hours home after going to the airport 3 hours prior to departure for an 8 hour flight. The drivers were prompt and pleasant. The vehicles were clean and comfortable small sedans. They are not Limos. We did not need one for this trip. We were traveling light. We had a total of 2 large suitcases, 2 carry on bags, and 2 personal bags which fit easily in the sedans. We were allowed 4 large suitcases with our tickets. I could be wrong, but I don't think that would have fit in these sedans. We spent a week in Europe and hours before we were to start our first river cruise we found out it was cancelled due to drought and low river levels. We were scheduled a return flight to the US departing in the am. We contacted Shuttle Runners as soon as we got our flight info. It was no problem for them to pick us up at the airport with relatively short notice. As an aside I did mention to the dispatcher that the car that took us to the airport originally had a tobacco odor to it. He reassured me that would not be an issue on our return trip and it wasn't. Pricing is fair and also has all taxes and fees included with the price they give you. And you can also add in tip so you don't need to worry about that at the end of your wedding night. They will also only charge for the hours worked so if you book them for 10 but only use them for 8 then that's all they'll charge. I hired this company 9 months before the wedding and 4 months before the wedding Brenda, the manager, informed me they did NOT have the size vehicles I had requested. Scott Transportation stated they would then look around to find me the vehicles I needed. This threw up a red flag for me and I didn't want anything to go wrong the day of my daugther's wedding, so I proceeded to find another company myself and did. I notified Scott Transportation I was cancelling their contract due to a breach on their part, and did this 3 months before the wedding (well before the 72 hours notice cited in the contract) I have since then been requesting my $500 deposit to be returned since the company breached the contract. Ronnie (the owner) has yet to respond to any of my 6 emails and Brenda (the manager) only responded to 1 stating "read the contract carefully, it clearly states the deposit is nonrefundable" I find this unacceptable for a company who BREACHED their own contract. I would NOT recommend this company!!
