This review is 7 months past due but still very pleased and using them again. I'm in California and needed service for my dad in Baltimore. I sent out multiple inquiries for assistance transporting my dad from his home to BWI. Communication was prompt, detailed and very easy to set up. I was very satisfied with the cost of the service. Let me give you an analogy : the cost of ROUNDTRIP transportation from my dad's to BWI and from BWI back to my dad's with Zulk, was the same cost for ONE WAY from Los Angeles Airport to The Westin Bonaventure in downtown LA ! Both destinations are about 12-14 miles apart but Zulk's was VERY affordable. So just keep that in mind. My dad said they arrived on time to pick him up, carried his luggage for him, both rides to /from BWI were newer modeled, black cars, which were VERY clean, the ride was smooth and dad really enjoyed the conversation with both drivers. I did pay extra for Zulk to come inside to greet my dad (I didn't want him wondering around BWI looking for his ride) By the time I called dad, he landed, and the driver had already found my dad and they were simply waiting on his luggage at the carousel . THAT was worth the extra charge! My dad was VERY PLEASED with Zulk Transportation. My dad sounded ... like he had been spoiled. My dad is a character and his response will be, "It's about Got D___ time someone spent money on Big Daddy for a change" I wish I wrote down the names of the gentlemen that drove dad last Aug and Sept 2023, so that they can be requested again. He did tell me but between our international flight to Costa Rica, I totally forgot to jot it down. Paying for the service was a breeze. Very smooth transaction. I had no issues. Thank you Zulk for adding "the cherry on top" of my lovely visit to the East Coast. I topped off two weeks of travel visiting my sister in Ellicott City. My young daughter and I needed to leave before dawn for the airport to head back across the country. I didn't want to have to worry about a car coming or trying to get a taxi or uber on the day of.
