Excellent service! We will definitely use them again.. We enjoyed the ride to the Hippodrome more so then the show we went to see. My wife was smiling ear to ear when she saw the limo in the driveway. We rented the 2 passenger limo that was classy, clean, and packed with little surprises. It even had a tv system in it. There are few business where I can say that I have had a close personal bond or friendship with and Zulk is one of them. My boyfriend and I have used Zulk for three years. We were in a long distance relationship for some time and he would always try to fly in on the weekends. Great car service. Cameron was our driver both ways. Showed early for our ride to BWI, assisted with loading our bags and waited patiently while we installed the car seats. We booked a large SUV and got a late model Suburban. Vehicle was clean and stocked with water for a hot day. Return trip was just as good. Excellent! Honestly, could not have been better. I had last minute travel changes, and called Zulk during my quick layover - I found them from a Yelp search. Thankfully they were available to pick-up me and my husband when we landed in two hours. We were coming home for a funeral, and Michael, the dispatcher, could not have been more understanding and accommodating. He assured us they'd track our flight and the driver would already be there waiting. Well, they did not disappoint. Right as we landed and I turned on my phone, I received a call to confirm that we landed and that they were waiting - wow. The car was an extremely nice and clean town car with a divider if wanted and waters. The driver was kind and safe, and knew exactly how to get to our destination. The price was all inclusive which I like so there're no surprises at the end of the trip; I paid by cc over the phone and received the payment receipt quickly before our plane took off. Excellent Service that went above and beyond our expectations. Driver Kamran was helpful, resourceful and the service truly exceeded our expectations. Our plane was delayed due to gate bridge issues for over 1 hour at BWI, driver patiently waited and helped us with directions to get out of the airport. They did not even charge us for the extra wait but we insisted that they do. We took the Chrysler car ride from BWI to York, PA. It was a very enjoyable ride for me and my daughter. On the way back, we got the same driver Kamran and he helped us find a great restaurant near BWI that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, 5 star service.
