    Beware - Bait and switch and dishonest VIP account manager at Zbest Limousines…read more I wanted a limo so I contacted Zbest Worldwide. Bill Milleker (VIP acc mgr) sent an email that contained the pricing for the Limo bus, Executive bus and a Shuttle bus. We agreed on the most expensive one - Limo bus. A day before the event we received a confirmation text. The day of the event (Saturday) the driver showed up with the Executive bus, not the one we ordered or put a payment on. He said the A/C was broken on the one we wanted. On Monday I talked to Bill and asked him about the bait and switch. He said the A/C was broken. I told him we did not receive a call giving us an opportunity to change our choice of bus. He said that was an error on their part, apologized. and said a call should have taken place. I told him I did not get the experience I wanted, the Limo bus I was told I would get, and I was upset. He said the A/C was broken and I told him that's not my problem - it was theirs. He said that we used the Executive bus for an extra 3 hours and he would not charge us for the 3 hours to make up for the wrong bus and no call. I asked him if he though I was an idiot. I used his email on the pricing and explained that he was trying to get me to pay more for the Executive bus (that he sent) than it would have cost if I had ordered it and used it for the extra 3 hours. My original payment for the Limo bus was more than the total would be for the executive bus plus 3 extra hours. At this point his whole demeanor changed and asked what I wanted to make it right. Think about that for a minute. He was trying to make more money on me after they sent me the wrong bus. Is that their business plan? It makes me wonder if the A/C was broken after all. Is this their way of double-booking limos then overcharging customers for the switched Limo bus? I invite anyone who has had this happen to them to post your remarks. This will call them out for dishonest practices and warn future customers. And used car salesmen have a bad rap.

We purchased three sprinter vans for our wedding. Unfortunately I was in a terrible accident a week before the wedding and had to reschedule to a later date. They never answered their phones, emails, or called me back. I basically called countless times and left countless messages + emails before hearing back from them. Every time I heard from them (after repeatedly providing our confirmation number) they would ask me what the date we needed the vans for was, how many we needed, etc. as if they're hearing this for the first time. Craig was talking to me about CHRISTMAS in APRIL. And how they're still trying to get back to the swing of things from the holidays. They said they weren't sure they could find us drivers for our wedding and agreed to issue us a refund. So we asked to proceed with the refund, and didn't hear back from them. A month before our wedding they said they found us drivers, for less vans that would cost us over $1,000 more than our original contract stated. We said no thank you, we would like our refund. Ken hangs up on me. Never heard from them again. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable, professional company to work with for your event.

We called person number two. They said they'd contact dispatch as there was a "glitch in the system." They could see our contract and deposit but their system didn't book us. How is that fucking possible? This is literally the only thing you do! So, now two hours later and no shuttle. No wineries. Totally ruined our plans for day two of the bachelorette party. This is an unresponsive and uncaring company. Never use them. No compensation or remedy has been offered for their very clear screw up.
