In response to Marion's comment below, any claims of a partial refund are entirely unsubstantiated at this time. The credit was absolutely refused, given your lack of understanding and inability to resolve a simple issue within 20 minutes of phone time. Yikes! -- After 2 positive experiences, things unfortunately took a negative turn with Next Destination Transportation. The owner, admittedly, is underway in a busy season and sent zero text messages (as he has done in the past) to confirm a scheduled pick-up. Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself. I simply encourage all of you to get confirmation by phone, email, AND text if you don't want your full payment to be a donation to the business. =) read more

I have used Next Destination Transportation Services over the past several years. Their transportation services are absolutely the best! They have always been on time and are easy to reach at all times. Their prices are extremely fair, too. What I love most is the owner Marion wants to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied! I highly recommend this company if you need transportation services. Unlike Uber they will get your luggage from your house and return it back to your house. Like I said they are a cut above the rest!!! read more

I can't recommend Next Destination Transportation enough! From the quick response to my request for a quote, to helping me with my bags when reaching my destination, I received nothing less than respectful, courteous, professional, and personable service. Marion is so kind and considerate--when I realized I made a mistake while booking, he worked with me to correct it and made sure to confirm details with me every step of the way. The ride itself was comfortable, safe, and the perfect end to my visit to Baltimore. Marion's conversation was engaging without being invasive, and was a moment of connection that I truly appreciate. I will 1000000% utilize Next Destination if I'm ever in the area and need a ride, and wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking for a safe, easygoing, and worry-free travel experience! Congrats on your 10 year anniversary, Next Destination Transportation!! I hope there are many more years ahead, and more satisfied travelers in your future!!! read more

I recently used Next Destination for a round trip airport transfer to and from BWI. Marion and his staff responded promptly to my initial request, and maintained amazing communication from the time of booking through the very end. We had amazing experiences with two drivers (Marion and Pierre) and I couldn't recommend them enough. They arrived ahead of schedule, helped load our bags and were very professional and considerate. The booking process was completely stress free. Marion is very transparent about pricing, availability, and fleet options, and he genuinely cares about fulfilling the transportation needs of his customers. I booked with this company for a personal trip, but I will be recommending Next Destination to family and friends, wedding clients, and vendor partners as well. read more

Excellent service with fair pricing so far we've done two trips with them and I've recommended them company to my family. They were reliable and always on time. read more

Since my wife & started traveling in the Baltimore area the company to call was Next Generation Transportation. We use them for all of our trips from BWI & also the Cruise Port out of Baltimore. We had called 5 Limo Services & only 1 answered, it was Marion. The others did not even return my phone calls. We even booked them for a whole family trip to Ireland out of Newark Airport round trip and was on time both directions for p/u. Their drivers are very friendly and very helpful. That is why we keep choosing them for our travels to whatever destination we are going to at the time. read more

I recall using NDT some time ago. Recently, I needed a car to take me and the family, with 6+ suitcases to and from the airport and I thought of Marion. He was more than happy to accommodate me. On our last trip, Marion was showing a new driver the ropes and he was there to greet me and my party. We had a wonderful conversation back from the airport. NDT drivers are careful and courteous. They help you with your bags (important because my FIL is in his 80's) and they drive with care (also important b/c my wife suffers motion sickness). NDT is now my preferred transportation company whenever I need escort to and from the airport (many, many cruises a year). read more

They were so great and made my birthday really special! We used them to go to and from a winery about an hour away and the driver surprised me with balloons and wine! It was so great and got us to and from safely! Will be referring friends if they ever need transportation! read more

Marion and his team were above and beyond from start to finish! Before I even booked with Next Destination, Marion's direct and thorough communication put me to ease that they were the right people for the job. I had a total number of 21 guests to get transported over 1.5 hours away (round trip Fri and Sat). The shuttling was the easiest part of planning my college reunion trip, which is shocking because that was initially the scariest part! I referred to the other stellar Yelp reviews that I saw online, and please know that they are not misleading at all. In fact, I knew from the second they picked us up (both times early) that I made the right decision. They were significantly cheaper than the competition too. I will refer Next Destination Transportation to everyone in the DMV!! Thank you for being so accommodating, patient, and communicative throughout this whole process. And thank you for letting a bunch of 26-year-olds blast music for 1.5 hours!!! read more

This is an incredible company that we have used on both a business and personal level. Marion and his entire team are so kind, reliable and safe drivers. They go above and beyond to make their clients feel welcome and at ease. And they do wonderful things for the community - I can't recommend them highly enough! Marion seems genuinely interested on a personal level in the well being of each of his clients - we are so lucky to have found Next Destination! read more

Absolutely 5 stars. I hired Next Destination to drive my elderly aunt and uncle from residence below Annapolis to Arlington VA for an Easter party and then back home after the party. Everything worked perfectly and Bryan, our driver was super friendly and helpful to my Aunt and Uncle. The job simply could not have been executed better. Nicely done. read more

Marion and his drivers are 100% professional and top notch and have made my trips to/from Dulles to Maryland absolutely enjoyable. His cars are comfortable and spotless and they even have water bottles available for guests. I've hired Marion for multiple airport trips and will hire him again. Highly recommend! read more

They did not want to send a car for me when I was in a real need for one. They were not helpful at all

Grade A Serivce! I was looking for a car service that was reliable and reasonable in price and that's exactly what Next Destination provided. Their communication from day one was amazing and highly appreciated. They arrived before the leaving time and picked us up from our destination on time as well! The cars were very clean, employees vaccinated and masked and super comfortable ride! They made my sisters birthday beyond special and she was speechless! I have already recommended their services to loved ones and excited to use them again! read more

Marion has been very responsive, communicative and great to work with. Our organization has been using their shuttle service for several weeks in a row and he has been wonderful! Their drivers have been kind and knowledgable as well. Would highly recommend! read more

I've booked a ton of rides to vaccine appointments with Next Destination for folx who could not have received their shots otherwise. Next Destination worked with our volunteer group to help donations cover more people, and our elders reported that the drivers were so caring and put them at ease when they were anxious about their shots, and the fancy car even made it feel fun and special! At Next Destination, they also sanitize the car between every ride, provide a care pack with extra mask and hand sanitizer and such, and show the client that they're getting the best. The owner, Marion, is very responsive, understanding, and organized. Highly recommend giving your money to this local, Black-owned business whenever you need a ride around Maryland! read more

I had a last min need for car service to the airport. Marion was absolutely incredible!! I needed special accommodations for this trip and he exceeded my expectations on all areas. He provided a quote immediately and then I had a couple questions and needed a specific type of receipt for my work account and he made it happen. The actual ride services were stellar. Vehicle was pristine, he practiced safe covid procedures. There were bottles of Fiji water available for me and the climate was perfect. He was very personable my entire ride and was very observant. When he saw me responding to emails he allowed me to work in quiet. When I wanted to talk he was very engaging. I will definitely use his services again. I arrived to my destination early and without incident. Compared to other car services in the area he is worth the value and his weight in gold. read more

Excellent service. Easy to book with fair and transparent pricing. Reliable drivers and comfortable vehicles. Would use again!! Thank you, Next Destination Transportation! read more

My husband and I were undecided between using a car service and renting a car. Ultimately we decided to go with the car service because we were worried about the rental car shortage, scared to arrive and have no transportation. I am SO happy we did! Marion is incredibly responsive, from my initial inquiry and even tracking our flight and texting us as soon as our flight landed. I felt I was in good hands the whole way! Well trained drivers make you feel safe and after a long day of travel that's exactly what you need. When I am back in Baltimore I will 100% be using this company again! This was the best part of our travel experience. read more

The service was outstanding! Excellent communication from initial reservation with Marion to day-of travel confirmation texts. Very safe and comfortable ride to BWI Airport, and my driver, Ryan, was a pleasure - super personable and helpful. He was there the moment I messaged him, and the vehicle was immaculate. I will definitely book with Next Destination Transportation again! read more

The only word that comes to mind... AMAZING! Thank you Marion for your Baltimore hospitality. Being in a new city, you made me feel comfortable and secure as a passenger. Thank you for taking the time to take the scenic route to the airport to share little known facts about Baltimore. Continue to provide a phenomenal service and stay humble and gracious. Best decision we made when traveling to Baltimore to tour a University with our daughter. Both drivers we had were great communicators as well as fun. We had three prearranged service trips all three were nice vehicles. So much security knowing that a driver would be waiting for us instead of trying to find an Uber or Lyft. Highly recommend the folks at Next Destination and will use them again for each trip. read more

Great experience with this company. Marion was responsive to my initial inquiry and I booked within 24 hours after reaching out to him for a girl's day to the winery. On the day of, our driver Ryan arrived about 10 minutes early which allowed us to leave right on time. He surprised us with a bottle of wine to get our winery trip started. The van we took could seat up to 12 people; there were 8 of us so we had some room to spread out. The van was clean, the drive was relaxing to and from the winery. My friends and I will definitely be booking with Next Destination Transportation again in the future. read more

initial pick up & run to airport was professional and very good. However, reurn event went south. No car at airline arrivals. Had to call service HQ. Airport noise made communication difficult, but something about driver locked keys in car at gas station. Stuff happens, but what was plan B? Eventually, a stringer for another service was obtained. That was 2 hours after arrival, about 2am, so a very long day. read more

Excellent experience with this company. I was booked with another company who at the last minute canceled. This company was fully booked but Marion was sympathetic and worked to find us a driver. Driver was on time and very professional. Highly recommend! read more

Wow-- cannot say enough AMAZING things about this company. Was in a pinch for a transport vehicle as the organization I work for had an entire group of kids and adults in the Baltimore area for a 4 day trip. We were meant to be taking the group to fells point for a food tour on Monday morning. My initial reserved transportation group backed out the day before (yes on a SUNDAY!) and I was stressed out to say the least. I was calling companies all morning to try and find someone who could provide transportation vehicles same day (mind you I was calling at 7:30 and needed them at 10:30)! I was in need of enough seats for 21 people as well--- not an easy task last minute! When I call Next Destination, they were not only extremely calming and friendly, but listened respectfully to my situation. Immediately, Marion answered and asked me for my information and what I needed, and after hearing my scenario, offered to help. He was willing to clean 2 cars they had in their fleet within the hour, find a driver for the SUV we needed, and he himself DRIVE the 14 passenger van they had, all to make sure we were taken care of. In my time of need, they certainly came through. They were timely to arrive, respectful, and extremely kind. They communicated beautifully with us and were able to meet our needs. I cannot say enough about how much this meant to me and the group we were able to get to their destination. THANK YOU! read more

BEST SERVICE! I will be calling Marion and his team every time we need a ride! I needed my 17 year old son, traveling alone, to get to the USNA within the hour he arrived at the Baltimore airport. I called Next Destination Transportation a week before the trip and Marion was able to accommodate us, even with a full schedule. This was our first time using a driver and I was very nervous sending my son across the country on his own. Marion understood my concern and met my son at the airport even though he was not going to be his driver. He texted me that he was safely in the vehicle and on his way. We had an equally amazing ride back to the airport at the end of the weekend. My son said that both drivers were very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Next Destination Transportation! read more

I can't even begin to describe how great the service was that Marion and Anisha provided. We had a large group in Baltimore for 3 days and had different transportation needs and Marion was super helpful in recommending the best setup for us (all-day rental vs. pick up service etc) so we had a great feeling as we arrived in Baltimore. But nothing could prepare us for how great the service was once we met them. So friendly, punctual, great fleet and just all around lovely experience. Normally a good transportation experience is an uneventful one, but during this trip our participants kept talking about Marion and Anisha and how great they were. That to me is the highest praise. read more

I used Next Destination Travel for my mother's 70th #Birthday trip to #NY for dinner at #Carmines and a #Broadway play. At the end of #dinner the power outage began. The area was very chaotic but the Owner/our driver was professional the entire time. Our #play was canceled so due to road blockades from #NYPD we had to walk to meet the vehicle. My mother is disabled so it was hard for her to walk to the end of the block but she made it. Cold water & relief was awaiting with a very pleasant smile. Our vehicle was very clean & all 8 of us were comfortable the entire time. We will definitely use #NextDestinationTravel again & I highly recommend you use their services as well. read more

Marion and his team far exceeded our expectations. He got our family of 10 to and from the airport and was very professional from booking to drop off. When our returning flight was delayed 3 times, Marion was very proactive and communicated with me every step of the way. After reading the rave reviews on Yelp I decided to use Next Destination for transporting a group of high school students from BWI into the city. Next Destination is a rare find, because of the owner Marion. I recently became a lifetime customer. I flew into BWI from Orlando FL and needed transportation from BWI to a relatives home and back to BWI 12 days later. It was a pleasure dealing with Marion at N.D. From my first email inquiring about services. Answered all my questions, walked me through payment, securing my round trip transportation. He not only followed through on EVERYTHING. Not missing a beat. From texting me confirming my reservation, letting me know he was at the airport waiting when my flight was an hour late arriving. Marion was on top of it. The ice cold water he had waiting hit the spot. The car was spotless, pleasant smelling, plenty of room, comfortable, safe transportation. Thank you Next Destination (Marion) for awesome service and having the opportunity to meet you. Marion's character and, integrity are far and few between. He is the real deal.
