The credit was absolutely refused, given your lack of understanding and inability to resolve a simple issue within 20 minutes of phone time. Yikes! -- After 2 positive experiences, things unfortunately took a negative turn with Next Destination Transportation. The owner, admittedly, is underway in a busy season and sent zero text messages (as he has done in the past) to confirm a scheduled pick-up. Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself. Since my wife & started traveling in the Baltimore area the company to call was Next Generation Transportation. We use them for all of our trips from BWI & also the Cruise Port out of Baltimore. I recall using NDT some time ago. Recently, I needed a car to take me and the family, with 6+ suitcases to and from the airport and I thought of Marion. He was more than happy to accommodate me. I've booked a ton of rides to vaccine appointments with Next Destination for folx who could not have received their shots otherwise. Next Destination worked with our volunteer group to help donations cover more people, and our elders reported that the drivers were so caring and put them at ease when they were anxious about their shots, and the fancy car even made it feel fun and special! Wow-- cannot say enough AMAZING things about this company. Was in a pinch for a transport vehicle as the organization I work for had an entire group of kids and adults in the Baltimore area for a 4 day trip. We were meant to be taking the group to fells point for a food tour on Monday morning. My initial reserved transportation group backed out the day before (yes on a SUNDAY!) and I was stressed out to say the least. I was calling companies all morning to try and find someone who could provide transportation vehicles same day (mind you I was calling at 7:30 and needed them at 10:30)! I was in need of enough seats for 21 people as well--- not an easy task last minute! When I call Next Destination, they were not only extremely calming and friendly, but listened respectfully to my situation. Immediately, Marion answered and asked me for my information and what I needed, and after hearing my scenario, offered to help. He was willing to clean 2 cars they had in their fleet within the hour, find a driver for the SUV we needed, and he himself DRIVE the 14 passenger van they had, all to make sure we were taken care of. I used Next Destination Travel for my mother's 70th #Birthday trip to #NY for dinner at #Carmines and a #Broadway play. At the end of #dinner the power outage began. The area was very chaotic but the Owner/our driver was professional the entire time. Our #play was canceled so due to road blockades from #NYPD we had to walk to meet the vehicle.
