I am extremely disappointed and I would give zero stars if I could. I used Borden for my best friend's bridal shower. The experience was completely ruined. I rented the party bus to transport us to DC for tea around town. I spent over $360 for party favors, games, decorations, drinks and food to enjoy on our way to DC. The morning of I get a call that their party bus would not start. They were supposed to try and get a vehicle of the same or better value to get us to our event. A vehicle showed up 49 minutes late and it was nothing like the party bus I paid for . We ended up in a tight 10 passenger sprinter that did not have enough room for us to barely eat a cupcake or drink water. I could not decorate or anything. I had to give the party favors at the house. We were not able to play games. We were so stressed hoping that we would make it to DC on time. The owner was only willing to give me an hour and a half refund stating that the peaty bus I paid for was there waiting for us when we got off the Tea around town bus. Did I mention the only reason we made the tea around town bus is because they were having difficulty scanning people's tickets otherwise we would've missed our bus and lost another $1500. I cannot re-create or give that experience back to my best friend our the 9 other ladies that were part of the celebration . The games were never played. The decorations were never used. If you are looking for transportation in the Baltimore area do not, I repeat DO NOT book with them. They are a terrible company. They do not compensate for their mistakes and you the customer will suffer the consequences of the company's vehicles not functioning properly and their inability to ensure that your vehicle will show up on time for your event. We used Borden for our wedding because they were recommended by the venue. We argued for (and won) a small refund because the bus was late picking up our guests for our wedding, causing our wedding to be late. Some people texted us on our wedding day asking if the bus left. In addition, the wedding bus STRANDED THE BRIDE AND GROOM on their wedding night. First we asked the driver to wait 1 minute for us to ride the bus (she was still contracted for another 30 minutes). Literally the second after she agreed to wait, the bus left! We had to have our venue give us a ride back. When we called dispatch telling them that we were stranded, he tried to swindle almost $200 out of us to come back to get us, and then argued that we were the problem. Do not use them. read more

I worked with Lisa throughout the whole process and we communicated via email. She was extremely responsive and able to accommodate our requests. Yikes! I have a voice recording of the encounter I am referring to in this review--yes. And it very clearly witnesses the occurrence. An organization I am visiting used Borden to transport attendees home on this very (8-6-17) Sunday afternoon. The driver we were assigned was verbally aggressive and joined with the passenger seat passenger to brashly accuse me of not being helpful in getting to the destination he was hired by the organization to drive to (??). It was a very terrible experienced that lasted about 20 minutes and that just took place over an hour ago from now. It is so unbelievable for such a thing to happen The customer service was absolutely abhorrent. I do not enjoy being verbally attacked and belittled.. I contacted customer service to report the matter, and though the customer service rep. was helpful at first, he then started to express a noticeably annoyed attitude when I simply asked how I would go about following up on the matter I was reporting. He answered, "What more follow up would you need? I said I'm going to handle the situation." Wow! Really? He became defensive and claimed I was being rude and that I was cutting him off. I understand there was confusion between Borden and the organization that hired them to transport us--but at absolutely no point whatsoever should I, a customer, have been treated so unbelievably poorly and in such a totally unprofessional and brusque manner. The operator seems nice but my wife did more of the luggage work than she was supposed to I was under the impression that for the price we would get a party bus. I used Borden transportation for a wine tour. The customer service was great and the driver was great. However, we had a 15 passenger van and the van was very dirty inside. First, I received a booking confirmation with trip details, Pick up and Drop off etc, as it got closer to the date. Received an reminder the day before and the day of. Our driver Michael was pleasant and very prompt. He opened the door for us, had a water available and made sure the temperature in the vehicle was to our liking. We arrived to our destination not only on time but early. He navigated through the very stressful and busy traffic of DC during an event with ease and absolutely no frustration. Great experience in terms of customer service. It's not something i.take for granted anymore! I emailed requesting a quote for transportation of about 20 teen age girls for my daughter's 16th. Within an hour I received 2 alternative and very reasonable quotes - my group was right on the border of being too many for the van. I selected the proposal for the van. Confirmation email promptly sent and reminder confirmation email the say before. I appreciated the day before confirmation -- a nice touch! Fortunately, I was lucky enough to meet Keron from Borden Transportation at the Baltimore Museum of Industry's Wedding Vendor night. I was immediately taken with how kind and professional he and his team were and how willing to discuss different options and proactively offer solutions to questions that I hadn't thought of before! The pricing was beyond fair for the number of vans we ultimately ended up using (5) and the addition of a party bus to take my bridal party from the hotel to the first photo shoot site to the ceremony site. We were bumping the tunes and slangin' champagne to get our party started off RIGHT!
