The credit was absolutely refused, given your lack of understanding and inability to resolve a simple issue within 20 minutes of phone time. Yikes! -- After 2 positive experiences, things unfortunately took a negative turn with Next Destination Transportation. The owner, admittedly, is underway in a busy season and sent zero text messages (as he has done in the past) to confirm a scheduled pick-up. Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself. I simply encourage all of you to get confirmation by phone, email, AND text if you don't want your full payment to be a donation to the business. =)

Rez from Zulk showed up on time and waited while guests straggled onto his vehicle, then headed out. Then (for no additional charge) he returned for a second load of people who didn't make the first trip. We were so impressed with his patience and professionalism. He really helped make our daughter's wedding wonderful. Zulk is a local Baltimore business and not a price-gouger like other transportation companies we looked at. The pickup wasn't seamless, but the dispatch was very helpful in getting us to the car. With some direction we found the car and it was clearly labeled in a safe, convenient place for us to enter. The drive back to DC was delightful. The driver found a way to avoid the post-game traffic. He was personable and most importantly safe. The all-in-one pricing removed any anxiety about a tip or a meter. My wife and I were able to relax all the way back to our hotel. It was an excellent way to cap off our trip. Five stars!

What a disappointment. Booked car service to pick up my wife at BWI for a late evening arrival…read more She was traveling alone from the west coast to visit her mother for Mother's Day. I felt safer using a dedicated car service since the better services offer to meet clients inside the airport at baggage claim. The service offered the driver to meet at the baggage claim which I selected during the booking. The driver never showed up inside (deduct one star) which created unnecessary stress for the both of us. Attempts to contact the dispatch resulted in a voice recording with a full mailbox (deduct another star). Other services typically send an email the day of transport with driver contact information. Discreet Limos did not (deduct another star). My frustrated wife went out to meet the Uber she hailed since she assumed the service was a no show, and the Discreet Limo driver was outside and through chance asked my wife if she was waiting for a car. In the end, she got the ride after cancelling the Uber thoroughly by chance. The driver claims to have texted my wife which she did not receive and he never followed up with a phone call / voice message which could have avoided the mix up. The driver also claims that he was never instructed to meet inside BWI by the baggage claim. I chose this service based on prior reviews but the service my wife got was a classic over promise under deliver.
