My job has me reaching out and connecting with other businesses. Mostly to complete tasks given to me and having to find the solutions. Recently I have had to make transportation arrangements to facilitate outings. For my first go around with this company I had to set up round trip transportation from DC to Baltimore and back. It was a smooth transaction from beginning to end. I first reached out to them via their website. They responded quickly. With a few questions answered we had a quote in hand. Once agreed upon we paid a deposit and waited for the day of our event, that also is the day the rest of the payment is due. With all that out of the way we just waited for day of the event. As we got closer there were a few back and forth emails with small updates. Then the day of the planned event came and I got a call/voicemail. When I listened to it my heart almost dropped. We had reserved a charter bus, it was all set and then the day of our event the call rocked me. Supposedly the driver who was to get us there ended up testing positive for COVID. I appreciate them contacting me and was expecting to hear that they had to cancel. I was waiting for it, but I was hit with a solution. They already worked it on there end, instead of sending one charter bus they send us two shuttles that actually fit more people than we anticipated. We ended up having more room which allowed for people to spread out. Great customer service overall. Finding that solution and coming to me with it was amazing. They were on time, got us there and back with time to spare, smooth sailing for us. So much so that I am going with them again for another upcoming event. What a great staff. From the moment I submitted an online inquiry to the date of our event. Everything was just spot on right. Online communication was mainly through email with Marni, her responses were quick turnarounds, very clear directions and very courteous. I reached back out with a gazillion questions -- since I was doing this for the first time -- but Marni kept answering (some repeat questions too) without any hesitation. On the day of, the limo bus that arrived was exactly as they had promised and the pictures that were shown were ditto. Our driver Chris was super awesome. Very friendly, arrived before time, and even though we went slightly over our allotted time, he didn't even say a word. RSTQ was easy to work with; however, there were several issues which we felt jeopardized the safety of our family or caused them to think their safety was jeopardized, which we heard about throughout the course of the wedding. We hired RSTQ for our wedding in October 2022, which included a minibus to drive the bridal party around the day of the rehearsal, and two larger buses to drive passengers back and forth from the hotel to the venue in Loudoun County. During the day of the rehearsal, the bus driver we hired for my wife's family claimed he was running out of gas on the way back to their AirBNB, and scared them when he implied he didn't think he could make it back and begin looking for gas. The driver also also made comments about not being paid which made my in-laws unsure of what the driver wanted or needed. Although they made it back, they were weirded out by the experience. Then, during the wedding, the guests told us how scared they were when the buses had trouble going around a hairpin turn on side of a mountain. The passengers also expressed concern that the air brakes might have malfunctioned. As we went around to greet our wedding guests, we consistently heard how scared they were and what a terrible experience it had been. This was an error of the bus company because they did not properly navigate to the venue. The actual route had no hairpin curve and they missed the turn to our venue. The last story was the most egregious. On the way back from the wedding, one family member, who is a commercial truck driver, noticed the bus was drifting and doing over 80 miles per hour, which is reckless driving in Virginia. Other passengers commented the driver's GPS was broken and he was holding his phone to navigate. My family member went up to the front of the bus to council the driver that he was holding our families' lives in the bus, and to slow down. The only positive thing we heard about RSTQ from those who rode on their transport was that it was a good story to tell. Lastly, although the 50 passenger bus on the website looked new and shiny, they sent us a junker that looked like it has seen better days. We found RSTQ because the rates were reasonable and they were highly rated in Yelp, yet in retrospect we wish we had gone with another company. read more

Jennifer had several initial discussions with us about what vehicles we needed for my wedding day and how to stay within our budget and she was very friendly and professional. I was looking for wedding transportation and found RSTQ through Yelp so reached out to them to discuss pricing etc. I was happy with their pricing and communication so I made and confirmed an appointment with them so that i could come see the desired limousine in person (which is generally a good idea for an important event because there's a lot of sketchy companies out there). The appointment was for 11:30AM (a time they suggested and offered), i drove over an hour to get there, showed up, and was told the car was not available for me to see. I would either have to wait or come back another time. This was impossible because i was visiting from out of town. They acted like they had no knowledge that i was coming at all...even though they offered this meeting time and location! I thought this was extremely rude and unprofessional and caused me to question the legitimacy of the business. We hired this company for my daughter's November wedding and were very pleased. Communication with Marni leading up the big day was very clear and responsive. Long was our bus driver on the day of the wedding. He showed up on time and took guests from the venue to the after party and to three different hotels in Northern Virginia. The guests said he was very helpful. A couple of guests were disabled and he helped them to get off the bus safely and set up the wheelchair.
