I've used this company twice now - a Hummer limo on New Years Eve and a Mercedes Sprinter for a friend's birthday celebration. Both times have been positive experiences, and I plan to use them again for my wedding! Booking: They respond to emails quickly, and I've never had issues with communication. I can be a little uptight when double checking details (especially for group events!) but the manager Jeeth has always been really nice about it. The first time I used Ramjay for the limo, I shopped around for prices - they were asking a significantly less than other companies! The second time I just went with them because of my prior experience, and the price seemed fair. Drivers: Drivers have been professional and on time. One driver had an accent and I struggled at times to understand him, but he was really friendly and didn't seem to mind me asking him to repeat himself! He got us where we wanted to go, so in the end, I think it's a pretty minor thing. Vehicles: The limo was perfect for our NYE adventure, while the Sprinter was a classy and convenient way to get to Leesburg from Arlington. Both were well-kept from the outside and clean on the inside. Also, they were both black which is a preference of mine. Overall, great service at a really reasonable price. I had a fantastic experience with Ramjay from start to finish! My family was in town for a party and I wanted transportation so we didn't need to rely on Uber to get around the city. We were set up with a coach bus which was clean and comfortable, and the driver was at our service as soon as he arrived. He drove us to brunch, picked us up, and drove us a around all of the landmark spots (and even pointed out some historical facts along the way). I want to thank Ramjay for handling the transportation for daughters wedding on 12/15/17. From working with Jeeth setting up the logistics to the lead driver Gubudu our experience was unbelievable fantastic. I received the names and numbers of the drivers the day before. Gubudu communicated with our contact because I had given the wrong address. He took care of the issue and got the buses to the correct venue even though the weather was less than cooperative. It was icy and cold. Gubudu was wonderful at the end of the night doing the shuttle back to the hotel also. Even helping me load and unload things we had at the venue. Jeeth was very responsive and answered all of my questions, as well as provided several different alternatives when I wasn't sure what type of vehicle we would need. I would give this company a 5-star, but have to go with 4, since there is no 4.5 option. Everything went great. I think the communication with you was superb, and the costs were very competitive. My only recommendation is some better communication with their drivers. I felt it difficult to understand, and explain instructions to the driver. Again, I am not sure if that was a one off situation, or not. I my mind, thier service is def a 4.5 star, only because of the driver issue. If that wasnt the case, I would say 5-star without any issues. It will probably be helpful to have a detailed discussion with the driver ahead of time, and makes sure you are all on the same page. Last minute changes, are tough to follow through with unless you have a drive wit good communication skills. Overall - GREAT COMPANY !!! read more

I have been meaning to put in a review since May! I worked with Jeeth to arrange transportation for my son's wedding. What a pleasure it was to work with Jeeth. Let me start by saying I was extremely nervous about transportation for our wedding because I have heard horror stories, especially about other companies in the area. If the shuttle buses didn't show up for our wedding, we would have been totally screwed because we got married an hour South of the city and all of our guests were from out of town. Shuttle buses were IMPERATIVE. The communication with Jeeth was above and beyond from start to finish (I even called him the day of in my state of paranoia), which gave me confidence. They completely, 100% followed through with everything I requested. Our drivers were nice, courteous, on time, and were good drivers. We had SO much fun on the party bus-- we didn't even want to get off and we were on there for 3+ hours! The driver let us play the music to our liking (I've been on buses before where they only turn the music up so loud so you can't really party like you want to...). Everything was CLEAN. We ordered a 20 passenger mini bus for a corporate event. I was nervous as they were priced less than other transport companies, but the service was still top notch. The driver was on time (early even!), drove safely (would not answer his phone while driving), and was very accommodating to any requests we had. The bus was clean and new. We had a shuttle bus provide transportation for some of our wedding guests from a hotel to the wedding venue (don't drink and drive!), and the driver was prompt, friendly, and courteous. He was flexible with the departure times as no one wanted to leave the party!! Ramjay limo service is outstanding and I would recommend them to all of my friends. We used the limo to celebrate a special occasion and wanted transportation to take us to dinner and tour the cherry blossoms along the tidal basin. Customer service was responsive, courteous and considerate. We told them what we were looking for and they took care of all the details from getting us a beautiful limo to transporting us without any additional instructions. We spoke with them a few times including when booking the limo, when they called the day of the limo pickup and the next day when they called to make sure that we were satisfied with the service. Absolutely terrible vehicle conditions. The air conditioning rarely works on any of the shuttles for the Town Square at Mark Center. It is so hot that the Windows will fog up. Some drivers do not even know how to work the heater/air conditioning. The windows are also extremely loose on some shuttles, rattling so loudly that it drowns out headphones/earbuds. read more
