Updating to 1 star for the follow- up response. Reserving was easy, they took 50% deposit and then we paid the remaining a few days before our event. I was told the limo ride comes with ice and bottled water and that the driver would arrive 10 minutes prior to our designated pickup time. The driver was fantastic, arrived early, was very nice and got us to our destination on time. He did the same for the ride home. The hummer h2 itself was not equipped with any glasses, ice or water. The carpet was dirty. They advertised that it seats close to 18 but our group of 12 were squashed. It would have been nice to be given instructions on how to use the tv or music but nothing was written inside. Looking at my receipt I was charged for an 18 passenger but got a 14 passenger. When I got out I asked about the water and the driver said it was inside in the cooler. When we finished up, we went back into the limo and there was nothing. Be sure to check what your getting. Update: I have 12 witnesses who will agree that there was no water in that limo. I'm not sure why this company would flat out lie. read more

I had an excellent experience with Dulles. I needed a Hummer 18 passenger limo for a surprise 18th birthday party for my son. My son and 16 of his friends would be transported to various venues for his birthday party. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dulles - from the booking of the car, the customer service, the fact that they OWN their own limos (and I went to the property to inspect the limo I would be renting for my son and his friends), and they are very transparent. They were kind, responsive, and offered the best price of the five quotes that I got for the limo. The limo driver arrived early and was terrific. He was very responsive to our needs - even when that meant he had to pull back around in a crowded mall parking lot because one of my son's friends forgot their backpack in the limo. No safety issues. We were booked to rent the limo for 9 hours but ended up keeping it for 10 hours. No problem at all. The limo was in great condition - especially given that Hummer Limos stopped being made in 2009. The Hummer had no mechanical issues whatsoever. My son and his friends had a terrific time! If you are considering renting a limo in the Alexandria area, save yourself the trouble and book with Dulles. The only caveat I will state is that if you plan on putting 17 people in a Hummer, I would suggest getting a party bus instead. When you pack 17 high school kids into a Hummer there is NO room in the vehicle. You are smushed in there like sardines. The kids all loved the experience but said that a party bus would be better because there is more room. However, that was my choice and doesn't reflect on Dulles. Next time I will rent a party bus through Dulles! We were all very impressed. read more

Beware. Unlike many other limo services I've used for pickup at Dulles, Dulles Limo does not meet you at baggage claim. Although not stated anywhere on their website, you must call the driver, haul your luggage up to the arrivals level and wait. In our case that was a 25 minute wait in the cold and rain and the crowds and the exhaust from all the other cars there. You then haul your luggage to the car, dodging other cars where it gets loaded by the driver. If you are OK with this process, may I make a suggestion? Just call an Uber. Same service, same speed (maybe faster) for far less money. read more

I recently rented a white Hummer H2 from Dulles Limousine to transport my 18 year old daughter and her friends. The driver was extremely professional. The drive was very smooth. The limousine was sparkling clean inside and outside. I had to change my original time frame, then later change venues due to rain. There was no problem with any of these changes.
