If I could give even more stars in this review, I would! I'd never used a valet service prior to booking with Falcon Valet. I was in the DC area for a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). I didn't want to drive in the DC traffic, so I was planning to rely on ride shares for the entirety of my trip. I learned during the scheduling process with ANC that you need to have your own transportation for the entirety of the service--you can't just be dropped off by a ride share before the service begins. That's when I started researching valet services and came across Falcon Valet. Our driver (Slobodan) was awesome. He arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and got us to ANC ahead of schedule. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO/FROM DULLES. Based solely on yelp reviews, I booked a SEDAN with Falcon for our first mode of transportation in DC. Make sure you book online and mention YELP10 to get 10% off. I did not get any discount from booking online so these were the straight prices: Dulles area to Woodley Park/Zoo area: $74 + service fee 15% included=$90 I used Uber XL to go back to the airport: $75 + tip (so I should've just used Falcon!). I called a cab and they also quoted me $65-70 back to the airport. So if you think Falcon Limo is too expensive, think again. They are the same price as using Uber and only a few dollars more than taking a taxi for long distances like to/from Dulles. We also used them to get to/from the ballpark only because I didn't want to have to deal with the Metro on our first day in DC. While this is a more expensive way to travel within the district, it allowed us to relax and enjoy the sightseeing above ground on our very first afternoon in Washington DC. Hired a driver to take me and a friend to the airport with a TON of baggage (I had wrist injuries and my friend has a bad back). I've had Uber drivers refused to handle baggage and I was worried a taxi wouldn't fit everything. Everything went wonderfully smoothly. Our driver Stefan, was very courteous and professional and handled all the baggage. The large SUV was clean and very spacious. The little bottles of water were also super appreciated. Used Falcon twice over the last few days (one airport run and the other for DC mtgs). Both drivers were friendly and courteous and the cars were top notch. Brand new and spotless. Rates were reasonable compared to other similar services. My first driver was amazing... super friendly, always asking if he could adjust or tweak anything, that said, we did have a domestic/international terminal mixup on my arrival. At the end of the ride I asked about gratuity, just to be sure (I was originally told it was included) he said we are all good. Awesome. The other driver was asked the same question by my co-worker at the end of our day together and he said "he didn't know" which we interpreted to mean it's included (especially since on my previous ride gratuity was included). That was a little weird since I don't think we got the straight dope from him, but I still liked the driver overall and he did an otherwise good job. The man answered and took all my info & stated a confirmation email shall arrive in an hour. It never received & needed to call again to confirm, they had wrong email & said it was sent back to him...so why didn't he contact me? The day before departure I called again to confirm and he stated the driver would text me an hour before arrival. Never received it. I've traveled all over the world, for business and pleasure. This service would be excellent for either. Pleasure: I made a last minute decision to take my wife to a concert in Washington, DC. Trying to find a service that would make last minute reservations was initially, difficult. At first, there were several companies that responded to my mass email of what I needed. I initially stated that my budget was around $150.00 (Which isn't very much at all, but based on rates, it was a fair place to start.) In actuality, my budget was much higher. In dealing with services like this for "C-levels", one way to weed out the businesses that would "treat you like a number" - is by giving a low-end bargain (keeping it realistic, of course). If the company or individual is all about the money (which most businesses are) then don't expect much of a response. If however, the business is about providing a service, an excellent service, and is interested in establishing a reliable clientele, then you'll receive a response - regardless. I received a response. I very personable response from the manager. He basically told me that my itinerary needs to be worked on, if I wish to pay the price I was asking, and gave me optional itineraries for the initial price. While the weeding out process continued with other companies, he continued to correspond with me as I added amenity requests. My budget was about $350.00 to $450.00 for the initial itinerary. Finally, with amenities and for the intial itinerary, the agreement was within my budget. Here's a little cost comparison - other companies, for the same itinerary, quoted me at $550.00 to $700.00. There were two companies that actually priced lower than $300.00, but their correspondence was unprofessional at best. The determining factors to utilize this service: A. Great First Impression (Professional Courtesy in Communication) B. Personable (Excellent Demeanor, Very Positive) C. Realistic Pricing (Does not inflate prices) D. Stylish (Vehicles are clean and spacious) So, it wasn't just the price that helped to decide. It was a combination of everything. If learned anything in business, most often times, you "get what you pay for". However, in comparing all the various qualities of other services I corresponded with, and their overal reaction of last minute services requested, I decided to go with this service. ...I don't regret it one bit. I will definitely pass the word on about this service. If you decide to go with this service, ask for Mehmet. He is the manager and will get you what you want, even at the last minute. When I say, "Last Minute", I'm talking about 3 - 4 hours before needing a pick-up. Professional: I can guarantee that if you utilize this service for professional needs, this business will never let you down. The vehicle was prompt, it was sleek and clean (as it should be), the interior of the vehicle was comfortable and smelled like a new car. The driver was sharp and well dressed (as he should be), and did not speak unless you asked a question. He was knowledgeable in various areas from Bethesda, Rockville, and Washington DC without having to refer to a GPS or map. He was able to recommend restaurants of various ethnic cuisines from Chinese, to Vietnamese, to Turkish and Contemporary Fusions. Although this was a trip for pleasure, I couldn't help but examine everything - its what I do. From his shoes, to his sharp blue tie; from his hair, and the display system of the vehicle, everything about the service was sharp, sleek, and unobtrusive. Business was taken care of and it's a simple as that. Overall: I've used drivers, sedans, limos, small planes, and helicopters for pleasure and business around the country and around the world. If you're looking for a party bus, look somewhere else. If you're looking for an absolute professional and a service that you can depend on at a price that will beat out 70% of the other competitors, but offer services at that same level - then give this dude a call. I requested a quote from Falcon for service from my home in DC to Dulles Airport after seeing all the great Yelp reviews. They quoted me $60, which seemed amazing and too good to be true (spoiler: it was). I booked the service a good 4 days in advance of my trip, and received my confirmation email that once again stated my trip to Dulles would be $60. I didn't hear anything from Falcon and assumed all was fine. Less than 12 hours before my pick up time, I received a call from the owner, I believe his name is Max. He left me a voicemail: "Your trip is confirmed...see you tomorrow ... oh, and the pricing department screwed up and quoted you the Reagan price by accident, so your trip will be $90. Thanks bye!". I was furious! One of two things was happening: 1) They were intentionally scamming me with a Bait and Switch. They lured me in and got me to book at the low price, then intentionally jacked up the price when it was far too late for me to cancel. Needless to say, this constitutes Fraud and is illegal. 2) They have terrible customer service. Even if it was an honest mistake, it was still THEIR mistake. I don't know of many good companies that would have made me pay the rate when their department screwed up. Everything they sent me confirmed $60 for Dulles, so regardless of what the price should have been, they should have only charged me $60. I ended up taking Falcon because I didn't have enough time to find a different service. The driver was super nice and the ride was great. However, I will NEVER be taking this service again due to their either intentional Fraud or their poor customer service. I wasn't upset about the price actually being $90, if they had quoted me that from the start I still would have booked with them. However, being quoted one price and charged another is completely unacceptable. read more

Trying to discern a quality service from some of the less quality services was a trial but when I found Falcon Valet Limousine and read their reviews I was intrigued. I spoke with them on yelp first. After all their answers were much more complete than others, I called and made the reservation for them to take us from Washington DC to the Medieval Times near Baltimore and back to our hotel. They were very helpful and made it easy. Then we received several updates running up to our reservation date. Our driver, Stefan, was fantastic! He had the van nice and cool and even had ice water for us on the VERY hot day. He was wonderfully courteous! And his skill in driving during that rush hour traffic was utterly impressive. I had to fly out of BWI recently, and as a former suburban who drove everywhere, I was very nervous about missing my flight. After reading Yelp reviews of people being stranded by shuttle vans, I decided to pony up the extra $ to hire a reliable car service. Needless to say (give the 5 stars) I could not have been more pleased. The driver called when he thought he might be 5 minutes late but then arrived only 2 minutes after 8am. The driver took cues from me regarding the level of conversation (I was feeling chatty and he was pleasant and personable). The car was large, clean and super comfortable. But again, the most important thing is he arrived on time and got me to the airport safely and in time for my flight. It's a tad pricey, but that information is provided on the website, so you know what you're in for. I had to take a cab back from the airport because my flight was delayed and it was only about $15 cheaper to take the taxi. The reliability is worth the extra $ to me and I could definitely see using them in the future. read more

Upon arrival at IAD, I received a text from Mehmet letting me know where he was. I had a few emails and voicemails I needed to respond to as soon as I boarded the shiny, clean Escalade and he was extremely professional -- leaving me to tend to my business. After I wrapped those up, I started chatting with Mehmet and had a great conversation with him. The return to IAD was also on time, and his colleague (missed his name) was also dressed impeccably, extremely professional, and very friendly. We used Falcon LImo twice within a week's time, as the airline changed our plans and we were leaving from BWI and returning to IAD. Both times, the drivers were on time and the cars were wonderful! The driver for the trip to BWI, Kadir, was awesome. Friendly, great driver - 5 stars for sure, and well worth the price. The trip back from IAD with Edwin was not so great. Although he was on time, and the car was great, we were leaving IAD right around rush hour, and when we got to the beltway, I was shocked that he didn't take the express lanes to take us home, especially since he had the box that allows for HOV for free. Needless to say, it was stop and go the entire way home, and took us almost an hour longer than it should have. Beyond that experience, I would still use them again. Knowing what the cost will be, that you are getting a dedicated driver in a nice car, and not having to worry about watching the taxi meter is definitely worth it.
