My daughter was graduating from GMU and I am not from the area. However I knew that my family would all be there and to keep things as uncomplicated for my daughter's graduation day I wanted to search for transportation services for that special day. I tried Google and yep of course to look up and research different companies in the area that would service the DMV. Needless to say DCPath kept coming up and so I reached out to see if this would be an option for our special event. I sent them an email with some specifics and received a quote immediately. The company communicated effectively the plan of action for the special day for my daughter and my family. They also made sure everything was broken down and explain as far as terms and conditions. On the day of services are driver arrived 15 minutes early and advised via text that they were outside waiting. When we came out the driver was very cordial and also helpful in getting everything that we needed for the entire day loaded into the sprinter that we rented. The sprinter was very clean and up-to-date. Once we were all loaded into the sprinter the driver got us to the arena very safely and early. During the day we went to several stops before returning home later that night. The entire day was absolutely perfect thanks to DC path and our driver. The driver called and communicated all day long during different drop offs and activities that the family had throughout the day. My experience with DCPath was excellent. I procrastinated on booking a car from Rosslyn to Dulles and had considered using Uber but didn't dare risking not having a driver available to get me to my international flight on time. Luckily, DCPath came through for me with only an hour and a half before I needed to leave my hotel. My driver, whose name I have regrettably forgotten, was prompt, professional, and cordial. He texted me upon arrival and didn't rush me at all. Our flight from SFO was about an hour late due to a storm passing through DC and no problem - Patrick, our driver, assured us he was only 5 minutes away and just as we got our luggage there he was with our name showing in the window of his large SUV. I was looking for an alternative to Super Shuttle and discovered DCPath on Yelp. Rarely have I seen any service with consistent 5-star ratings, so I felt compelled to check them out. For airport shuttle services, their pricing was very competitive which is important for me when I'm trying to choose between simply driving, hauling my own luggage and doing the long-term parking thing, or splurging for a shuttle service. Having a large beast of a suitcase + golf clubs for a 2-week trip to the tropics, I turned to DCPath and was delighted with the service! As many reported, Patrick, the owner, arrived about 10 +/- minutes early to pick me up (and this was a Sunday morning at "o'dark thirty"), and couldn't have been more pleasant. Although I had booked the sedan service, he came with the SUV (at no additional charge).
