Affordable, Timely and Safe! The owner Kasim was very helpful in defining the pricing, scheduled pickups and the timeliness of his services. He picked me up at 3:45 AM in Triangle VA and had me at the airport in 35 minutes. His professionalism and emphasis on safety was an added bonus for the car ride to the airport. We arrived on time with no inconvenience whatsoever. As he dropped me off, he provided detailed instructions as to where he'd be when he came back to pick me up on my return flight. When I returned, his colleague was exactly where he said he would which expedited the trip back to Triangle VA from DCA. His understudy was equally timely and safe on the highway. The return trip was 45 minutes due to some traffic issues on I-95. I'd recommend anyone who is looking for an economical, timely and safe car service for any type of event or trip. What a wonderful ride! My driver went above an beyond accommodating my many bags and the delay in my baggage arriving. Very friendly about it and forgiving. I checked several prices for similar services and this one was the best price. (My ride was from Dulles airport to University of Maryland.) I have never used Affordable before, but while in the area, I decided to contact them, along with other people that serve the area. From the initial email response from Sam, he was very informative. He did not add in fee after fee after fee as his competitors do. He gave me a straight-up price, which was lower than I expected, gave suggestions on how to save money, and also accommodated special requests that I wanted when I was being driven by him. I used Sam as transport to my hotel and also for going to the airport on the day when I left. He kept in touch by text messaging to make sure my departure time was the same as we initially discussed. If you are in the area and you do not need a rental car, I do not know why you would use anyone else but them. This was a first, but it will not be the last of using them! read more

The owner of this company is blatantly rude - screamed at me and my several friends, told me to shut my mouth, blocked all of our phone numbers, and was extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. This whole situation was made 100x worse by the reaction of each person in this company to THEIR MISTAKE. Instead of taking accountability for their mistake, their reaction was to scream at frustrated customers who had no clue what was going on and tell them to "shut your mouth". The manager did lie because we have phone records that no one tried to call us at 8 am because we were awake. We refused another limo after this HORRENDOUS service because we did begin to fear our safety as a group of young women. Grown adult men who want to have a reputable business should not be screaming at their customers - especially young women. I do not recommend this service to anyone - especially a group of women or women alone. Additionally, the owner of this company is now accusing our friend of being a drunk in the process of this whole experience. Very unprofessional and rude. Sam handled all aspects of the experience, from scheduling the appropriately sized vehicle, to picking my family up on time (including our 10+ bags), to helping us load/unload the vehicle. Additionally, Sam was patient and loaded the bags into the SUV while I installed my own car seats. At the airport, Sam helped us carry many of the bags into the airport. Add in his respect for the pandemic, which included wearing a mask, offering hand sanitizers, and opening the windows upon request while still running the AC.
