This company offers exceptional service at fair prices. I never have to worry about making it to the airport on time, or parking, or handling my luggage. I always book them for my trips-- they're timely, considerate and provide a great ride. read more

I used Affordable Sedan Service to get from Baltimore to D.C. for a long weekend. It was a great decision. Doing so was considerably less expensive than a premium rideshare, and Sam gave me the pick of his fleet. (I went with the SUV.) Sam was on time, communicative, friendly, and a smooth driver. Instead of 90 minutes both ways behind the wheel, I got work done, and arrived in D.C.--and then home again--relaxed and prepared. I'll definitely reach out to Sam again for travel in the D.C/Baltimore/Richmond corridor. read more

We use this service every time we visit the DC area. On time, courteous, and comfortable! Every time! Even when we arrive/leave in the middle of the night. Love this service read more

Affordable, Timely and Safe! The owner Kasim was very helpful in defining the pricing, scheduled pickups and the timeliness of his services. He picked me up at 3:45 AM in Triangle VA and had me at the airport in 35 minutes. His professionalism and emphasis on safety was an added bonus for the car ride to the airport. We arrived on time with no inconvenience whatsoever. As he dropped me off, he provided detailed instructions as to where he'd be when he came back to pick me up on my return flight. When I returned, his colleague was exactly where he said he would which expedited the trip back to Triangle VA from DCA. His understudy was equally timely and safe on the highway. The return trip was 45 minutes due to some traffic issues on I-95. I'd recommend anyone who is looking for an economical, timely and safe car service for any type of event or trip. Excellent Service is hard to find anymore, but Affordable Sedan's business model exceeded my expectation. Keith W (Triangle VA) read more

Sam drove me all the way from DC to rural Virginia to attend a funeral. He was unfailingly kind and reliable in organizing the trip, and drove very safely (but got me there on time!) on the country roads to the Interstate. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a driving service in this area. Thank you so much Sam for not only being a great driver but also a great human. read more

Listen to all of these stellar reviews!! I will always, always, always book with Sam. Love his transparency. No surprises. You get the price quote right up front. He was incredibly professional, polite, friendly, great driver. We traveled during the holidays and were exhausted and grumpy when we arrived, but this smooth and pleasant ride just lifted our spirits. And we arranged a ride back to the airport too. Just do yourself a favor and book this company and then you can relax and not be trying to get a tax or Uber. Outstanding business!! read more

Great car service. Allowed us to bring our dog as well. Clean car, prompt arrival etc. Will use again. Thanks!

What a wonderful ride! My driver went above an beyond accommodating my many bags and the delay in my baggage arriving. Very friendly about it and forgiving. I checked several prices for similar services and this one was the best price. (My ride was from Dulles airport to University of Maryland.) I really enjoyed our conversation during the ride, too I highly recommend Affordable Sedan Service. I struggled a bit with the website. I'd suggest just calling to book. The gentleman who answered quickly took my information and texted me the receipt and confirmation. He also texted me to let me know he was at the airport and where he would pick me up. Great communication. Also, clean and comfortable car. read more

Sam was absolutely wonderful to work with when I needed someone to pick up my 84-year-old mother-in-law at Reagan baggage claim with a sign and drop her off in Arlington on her first trip to DC to visit her granddaughter. This isn't easy logistically at Reagan, but he worked everything out perfectly. His communication was excellent and prompt. His price quote was fair and without surprises. He kept me informed throughout the booking and pickup process, which gave me peace of mind. He was professional, kind, and responsible. He took excellent care of our family VIP. Thank you, Sam and team. I have used many car services at various airports, but this one is the best. I highly recommend and would use again without hesitation. read more

I found Sam through Yelp reviews and of all the other possible shuttle services from Reagan airport, he was the most helpful and professional. He also happened to have the best rate. I highly recommend that you call Sam and help keep him busy! read more

You are in amazing hands with affordable sedan service. We needed airport transportation with two car seats and Sam was reliable, kind, extremely communicative and flexible. At the last minute one of my daughters got sick so only my husband & other child could go, and Sam made sure to keep me in the loop when he picked them up and dropped them off. He really went the extra mile, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again! read more

Sam took very good care of my family for my daughter's graduation. I had family flying in from BWI and DCA plus return flights back to the airport. Customer service was top notch!! I would highly recommend using his services. He was on time and my family didn't have any issues. They were very pleased with his excellent service and so was I!! Thank you so much again!! Found Sam on Yelp reviews and they were spot on. Sam himself answered the call looking for a quote, was immediately responsive and gave a very fair quote for our ride and we were able to make the reservation. On the day of the trip, our flight was delayed, but Sam was in constant contact, directing us where to go and making sure he was there waiting for us. The 2 hour drive was easy and comfortable. Sam was the consummate professional. Overall we were highly impressed with the service and will use him whenever we are in the area. read more

I have never used Affordable before, but while in the area, I decided to contact them, along with other people that serve the area. From the initial email response from Sam, he was very informative. He did not add in fee after fee after fee as his competitors do. He gave me a straight-up price, which was lower than I expected, gave suggestions on how to save money, and also accommodated special requests that I wanted when I was being driven by him. I used Sam as transport to my hotel and also for going to the airport on the day when I left. He kept in touch by text messaging to make sure my departure time was the same as we initially discussed. If you are in the area and you do not need a rental car, I do not know why you would use anyone else but them. This was a first, but it will not be the last of using them! read more

The company owner was incredibly accommodating, especially given that we gave less than 24 notice of our need. Our driver was punctual, very friendly and safe. The only negative was that he didn't seem to know the area incredibly well, nor did we, which added to our challenge of getting to where we needed to be. Otherwise, terrific and I saved their contact info to use again in the future. Thank you! read more

Sam's the man. Excellent, efficient, professional. He picked us up from Dulles in a great SUV and provided wonderful service to MD suburbs. He also drove us to Dulles and was very flexible as we had to reschedule a few times since we had to push our flight. Would highly recommend and we plan to see Sam again. read more

Please see the one star thread below for a detailed explanation of the most unprofessional experience my friends & I have ever gone through. The owner of this company is blatantly rude - screamed at me and my several friends, told me to shut my mouth, blocked all of our phone numbers, and was extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. This whole situation was made 100x worse by the reaction of each person in this company to THEIR MISTAKE. Instead of taking accountability for their mistake, their reaction was to scream at frustrated customers who had no clue what was going on and tell them to "shut your mouth". The manager did lie because we have phone records that no one tried to call us at 8 am because we were awake. We refused another limo after this HORRENDOUS service because we did begin to fear our safety as a group of young women. Grown adult men who want to have a reputable business should not be screaming at their customers - especially young women. I do not recommend this service to anyone - especially a group of women or women alone. Additionally, the owner of this company is now accusing our friend of being a drunk in the process of this whole experience. Very unprofessional and rude. Instead of taking accountability for their mistake, the owner of this company is now projecting his issue onto his customers. read more

Call Sam! Perfect service from first contact to the (hour-long!) ride from BWI. He accommodated my very last-minute reservation with nothing but smiles and excellent service. Although the price was not the absolute lowest, it was lower than several others. Highly recommend. read more

The price was very reasonable compared to other limousine services to the airport. They were easy to book and provide regular status updates on the trip. The driver was on time to pick me up and was at the airport or time for return trip. Sam was very professional. read more

Great service! Sam was on time and a great asset to our team. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Sam was incredible. He responded immediately and gave a great price. He was very nice and helped my family through the whole process of arriving from overseas. When the airline lost a bag, Sam stayed and helped my family until they completed their claim. All the good reviews are spot on. Will use Affordable Sedan Service and Sam every time from now on. read more

Kasim's car service was great!! Extremely friendly, professional, and on time. Prices were cheaper than the competition and the car seats for the children were CLEAN!! Wish he had services in other cities we visit. read more

We hired Sam to pick us up from Reagan airport and so glad we did. Sam was responsive and worked with me on scheduling and where to meet him. Loved our driver and the professionalism of Sam. I was planning a bachelorette party where we wine hopped from Arlington to multiple locations in Leesburg. Same as able to provide us with a party bus that was clean, and included bluetooth and aux capabilities, and monitors to show videos. He answered all of my questions, was flexible with the locations we visited. The driver arrived on time and was very professional. Please be aware that this is a small business, there website and intake process is a bit outdated but this is a legitimate business that I would recommend to my family and friends. read more

Great service. Sam was a joy to ride with. Very accommodating. Would book again should there be a need.

I reached out via the website for a quote and received an email response immediately. From there, I was able to reach out via phone to nail down the details and confirm pickup for the next day for myself and family. Sam picked us up, along with 7 pieces of luggage, and delivered us to our hotel without a hitch. Likewise, on the return trip, Sam responded immediately to a text message for a quote. Service is outstanding, rates are among the best I've found, and we intend to use his services every time we're in the area (NOTE: we just now reached out for another quote for a future trip and he responded within a minute...). read more

Wonderful service. On time. Clean, comfortable vehicle (good air conditioning). Smooth ride. Easy to arrange. Great value.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sam was cordial, professional and efficient during the reservation process. On our arrival he picked us up, took us to the Tidal Basin to look at the Cherry Blossoms while we waited for our Airbnb to be ready. He also took us back on our return trip to DCA. He had a recent model, full size sedan that was spacious and immaculately clean. His pricing is VERY competitive. He is the nicest, most professional gentleman you can imagine. I highly recommend Affordable Sedan Services. read more

Excellent experience with an airport transfer! We had an international trip that involved lots of luggage, small children, and a delayed arrival. What a great service! We were on a long flight, and working with Affordable Sedan Service really was the perfect solution for us. Long trips can be stressful, and especially when you are traveling with pets. Knowing that we had someone waiting to get us from the airport to our hotel really made things easy. Professional, friendly, and caring service is why I am giving them 5 stars. I will definitely contact Affordable Sedan Service for future services. Thank you Sam for taking care of us. read more

Very clean vehicle, prompt service and easy to communicate with . We requested last minute airport services and the owner was available and easily set up our services . Would definitely use again . read more

Sam handled all aspects of the experience, from scheduling the appropriately sized vehicle, to picking my family up on time (including our 10+ bags), to helping us load/unload the vehicle. Additionally, Sam was patient and loaded the bags into the SUV while I installed my own car seats. At the airport, Sam helped us carry many of the bags into the airport. Add in his respect for the pandemic, which included wearing a mask, offering hand sanitizers, and opening the windows upon request while still running the AC. Will book again next time I need a ride. read more

They are great, the price is good. The owner accommodated our request to change from a town car to a 7 seater within an hour, cuz we needed it for more people than planned. Great communication and service. read more

I highly recommend Affordable Sedan service if your needing a professional car service to provide airport pickup and transportation. Sam and Bassel were very timely while picking up my daughter at GMU @ 3:30 am for an early flight at Dulles Airport. Both pickup and return were on time and very professional. We made reservations a week in advance and they were able to schedule our trip during very early hours of the morning. I am DISTRAUGHT and deeply disturbed by the disrespect and unprofessional behavior of this company. Last weekend, my friends and I went through the WORST experience and customer service to ever happen to any of us. See one star reviews below for details!!!! The behavior of the owner of this company is absolutely DISGUSTING. He has responded to reviews so unprofessionally, calling my friends losers, accusing them of being under the influence, on drugs, telling them to shut their mouths all while the issue of reservation was on them! I have multiple people who are witnesses to the disturbing behavior and experience that happened to us. I spoke personally to the owner and have never been so disrespected in my life. The responses to reviews are examples of how DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL the owner of the company Sam is. I am at a loss of words, and cannot believe how crazy of an experience this is. This company needs to be reported & the owner needs to reevaluate his disrespectful behavior!!!!! read more
