    I waited on Super Shuttle to transport me to the airport this morning, and they had no driver to transport me.

    This morning, I received a voicemail at the last minute from (Super Shuttle)saying that they didn't have a driver to take me to the airport. This forced me to cancel my flight because I had no other means of transportation at the last minute. This is totally unacceptable, and bad business. The company should shut down for this. I'm considering contacting the news channel about it. And I received a notification here in Yelp from SuperShuttle stating that a Customer care will follow up with me, and I never heard from any one, and it's been over 21 days. This was to make themselves look good. Like they really care.

    I took super shuttle from Reagan international airport in DC this week. I cancelled my return trip to the airport and am happy to be paying twice as much for private sedan. My dissatisfaction in short: Rude, unhelpful, and disinterested drivers. Uncomfortable, dirty, smelly vans. Unsafe drivers. The drivers at the curb weren't helpful when I hadn't yet received a text with my van assignment. When I found my van I couldn't buckle the seat and the driver took off without ensuring we were all set or asking if we were comfortable. I was ignored when I tried to inform the driver that I could not buckle my belt. I was never asked for my name or reservation until we were out of the airport an hour later. If they had picked up the incorrect reservation I or someone else could have been sitting at the shuttle stop being ignored by other drivers who only answer your questions by telling you, "This isn't your bus!" The van was full of garbage from fast food joints and various personal items of the drivers. It smelt awful and was without sufficient air conditioning. It took us over an hour to get out of the airport because we picked up so many people. We were so squished together which was worsened by the hot humid weather and a whole lot of carry ons that didn't fit in the back. My knees were completely squished/jammed into the driver's seat such that my feet were actually under his seat! I have arthritis so this was a particularly painful position but there didn't appear to be a an easy solution as it would have entailed making another rider give up their minimally more comfortable seat to squeeze into mine AND about five people and all their stuff would have to have gotten out of the van to make this switch. I just hoped it wouldn't take too long to get to my hotel. Well it did take a long time! My twenty minute drive took an hour. I admit that I knew it might take longer as its a shared van, but I didn't anticipate a nearly two hour drive with all the pick ups at the airport. Two hours mind you, in a hot smelly messy van squished into the person next to you and the seat back in front of you as you make a bunch of stops to drop others off. Last but not least was the dangerous driving. Our driver ran two lights and failed to stop completely at stop signs. He drove too fast and hit the breaks too hard. So I'm happy to pay 35.00 for a clean exclusive direct ride with an attentive driver instead of 18.00 in a dirty shared van with an extra hour or two en route. I found a great driver during my stay and cancelled my return ride with Super Shuttle. It's a beautiful big black SUV with proper air conditioning and comfortable leather seats. The driver had cold water bottles waiting for me and was pleasant and professional. Completely worth the extra $17. I liked a few things including that they send you a lot of info about how to find your shuttle stop including a little diagram. That was really helpful. There was a gal that helped a woman from the Southwest terminal with ten pieces of luggage and baby things. This employee was friendly and working hard to help.

    Email from so-called "Customer Service"

    My wife and I booked a ride home on the SuperShuttle app from IAD Airport. We collected our baggage and confirmed that we were ready for pickup. A few minutes later the dispatcher called, telling me that there were no vans available, so they would refund what we had paid ($51.74), and reimburse the cost of alternate transportation. We found a van service that charged $88.72, which is $36.98 more than what we would have paid for SuperShuttle. I did get the $51.74 refund, but they refused to reimburse the $88.72 promised by the dispatcher, even after I provided a receipt. Multiple emails to Customer Service were ignored. I finally spoke to April in the Phoenix office, who told me that the dispatcher was wrong, and that they never reimburse alternate transportation from the airport, even when they are at fault. Goodbye, SuperShuttle.

    One word: Convenience This was our first time using the Supershuttle which we booked online. Rates were decent plus we added tip ahead of time when we booked so you they should help you with your bags which they did. It was cool! Upon arrival there were two other parties ahead of us. Going to our W hotel in Washington we were the first to be dropped off to our destination. Samething when there were also two parties ahead in the van on our (departure day) we were the first ones to be dropped off our jet blue terminal. I bet some people in our van was like WTF? " why were they the last to be picked up? and first to be dropped off?! " because you know why? We are just so coolio like that! Service was pleasant, the weather was cold tundra outside arriving and leaving on those days, the driver asked us if the heater was on too hot, we all said quietly no, no, no... not at all keep it warm. Later on I got too warm in the van I forgot to remove my heavy coat and then I got comfy. They even gave us a call 15 minutes before you get picked up from your hotel to remind you, so that way you don't miss your flight.

    After 45 minutes SuperShuttle was a no-show at Dulles Airport. The The SuperShuttle representative was not at the correct loading area outside the airport. He was sitting in the airport will chair inside the airport. We could barely understand him when he spoke. He never could confirm when or if I ride would pick us up. When I called the customer service line I was told I needed to wait over an hour then call back if the ride did not show up. We waited and tried to work with the representative but he gave us no help so I called back and the representative told me to find another way home because they had no shuttles coming. I requested to speak to a manager who immediately refunded me my money. We are so blessed for Uber! Please see picture!

I tried Google and yep of course to look up and research different companies in the area that would service the DMV. Needless to say DCPath kept coming up and so I reached out to see if this would be an option for our special event. I sent them an email with some specifics and received a quote immediately. The company communicated effectively the plan of action for the special day for my daughter and my family. They also made sure everything was broken down and explain as far as terms and conditions. On the day of services are driver arrived 15 minutes early and advised via text that they were outside waiting. When we came out the driver was very cordial and also helpful in getting everything that we needed for the entire day loaded into the sprinter that we rented. The sprinter was very clean and up-to-date. Once we were all loaded into the sprinter the driver got us to the arena very safely and early. During the day we went to several stops before returning home later that night. The entire day was absolutely perfect thanks to DC path and our driver. The driver called and communicated all day long during different drop offs and activities that the family had throughout the day. The Google and your reviews really don't do DC path Justice as they definitely deserve a 10-star rating for providing great customer service, effective communication, excellent vehicle options, and pricing. Whether you are just looking for a ride to the airport or special events DC path is the way to go! Mastewal our driver was absolutely great. I want to thank them for making a crazy and hectic day so enjoyable!!
