I made a reservation and paid in advance. The day of my flight, I waited on my porch for over half an hour after my scheduled pickup time. I called the company and after 10 minutes the rep informed me that a driver was not available for me. I will not be using this service again. Never got to use this service because I wouldn't tolerate the loud and snarky young girl at the counter, or her rude gentleman associate. They say they are ready to go then say there is a mandatory 25 minute wait. Why tell me that your ready to go if your not. And thanks for the lecture on what a shared ride service is, kind sir. The service was terrible. They were 1 1/2 hours late for shuttle service to the airport. My son missed his flight. Not only were they late they did make any effort to make amends. I had to uber him over, after trying for 1 hour to solve the problem. The bigger issue was my son was 14 years old and stuck without a ride. They knew this and did nothing They did get a van to the pick up location, but I already had to make other plans. Er, 1.5 star (not a because I cannot vote for 0) because I actually got to the hotel without having to wait overnight at the airport and was actually alive at the end of it. I landed in DCA around midnight after delays on departure and arrival, managed to miss the metro completely (stopped running), and luckily caught the last shuttle going to Rockville via Supreme Airport Shuttle. Though the $35 isn't cheap but it was still a lot better than taking a taxi for 40 minutes. The experience was kind of - terrible? They packed us in really really tight, I was lucky and sat in the front seat next to the driver but the people in the back two rows no doubt wondered how they can even fit. The driver was called back after we were just about to exit the airport and they managed to pack one more person into the already full van. Then we were on our rocky way to Rockville. We encountered some road turbulence along the way caused by a rather sudden thunderstorm and the speed he was braving both the darkness and storm caused quite a bit of anxiety. Especially when you are packed and well, there isn't much opportunity for seat belts in the back. Anyway, I did get to the hotel at a reasonable time and the driver + GPS combination seem to know their way pretty well. They had no system for getting people to the right van except for running around yelling numbers and names of people that no one understood. Don't use them if possible. Ordered pickup at BWI. Did not know where to get picked up. Called and was told to got to exit 3 and pick up van. Two vans were there. No one there except a person sitting in the drivers seat playing with their phone. After 20 minutes, I was told by her to go inside. Had to wait another 15 minutes since upon my arrival, the drivers left and had to be told to come back. The van that took me was the one with the person sitting in the front seat. She rode with us to my location and stayed in the vehicle. Unbelievable Do they not want to stay in business? Awful service. Will not use again. read more

I've used this company once before with not so many problems. This time was horrible. Was told the van would be 20/25 minutes, ended up over an hour and a half! Was told repeatedly 10 more minutes, then was told we're sending you straight there. None of this was correct. Worst experience ever - the driver had no idea where he was going to, checked the GPS every two blocks, took me double the time that it usually takes me to get home and even left me two blocks away from my apt and made me walk with my luggage. I use this service last night coming from BWI trying to get home. Service was bad from start to finish. The woman at the counter was rude. She asked me where was I going and in response I told her Hyattsville, MD. She asked again. I repeated myself assuming she didn't hear me. Then she begins yelling no you idiot what's the address?!?! Well if you would use complete sentences maybe I would've understood. My options were limited as my flight landed at BWI at 11pm. I had my bags by 11:20pm and had booked my ride by 11:25pm. Hyattsville is approximately 40 minutes from BWI. I didn't even get in the van until midnight. They weren't busy and in fact another lady booked a ride after me and left before me. The driver puts my bags in the van. He takes another 10 minutes to put addresses in his GPS. While waiting on the driver a man comes up to the van asking to go to Reston, VA which is no where near Hyattsville, MD. Instead of asking this man to go inside and inquire at door 2 (the location at BWI); the driver gets out the van. The driver leaves me in the van alone with the van running. It's now 12:20am and I'm so tempted to just drive myself home. The driver finally comes back but has 4 other additional people with him! The driver drops off a lady near her residence. The lady asks the driver to drop her off at her door. Instead shes dropped off a block or two from her home and is left to walk home in the dark alone with her bags. I finally get home at 1:05am! Again living only 40 minutes from BWI. It took me 1.5 hours to get home! Not because we broke down or because of heavy traffic but simply because of how these people run this business. Worse shuttle service ever, my colleague had a 1:30PM pickup, I had a 2PM pickup, and my other colleague had a 2:20PM pickup, that alone tells you what a hot mess their systems are. While we were waiting, several vans from Supreme stopped by the hotel and dropped off people but none picked us up. Our designated van finally arrived at almost at 3PM, it was a disaster, and very stressful for our flights. Complete crooks! I was overcharged on my trip by $25. I spoke with a customer support agent and promised a refund check within 10 business days. That was on November 30th 2016. I called on the first days in January and spoke with the same person: again the same promises, and again no refund received. I call today and an aggressive and rude woman takes the call and refuses to connect me with the customer support agent i spoke with before and finally hangs up on me, but not before saying that she does not care about my issue. This particular driver was aggressively approaching my car very closely from behind while I was carefully at 35 mph limit on a road with speed camera. I am not a customer. I am a driver that shares the road with these lunatics. The driver cut off two bikers and my family's car in about 2 minutes. I have three kids in my car. I called their number and the dispatcher was terrible. I had the plate number and she refused to talk to me because I only had the plate number and not the van number. When a driver finally showed up which was over an hour hour, I vented a little to him, he stated that he had been parked several doors down waiting for assignment. Beware of this company!! They are unprofessional and do not value the customer. They charge a hidden $5.00 cancelation fee for all orders. I was erroneously charged a cancelation fee and refused to refund. I spoke to a manager named Cindy and she was very rude and nasty explaining that it doesn't if I was erroneously charged they will not correct it! Never in my life have i dealt with such a scamming company! You'd think that any company who wants to maintain a good reputation would seek to satisfy their customer. Worse service ever since they provided me with zero service. I was supposed to be picked up at 2:21 a.m. but no one was ever assigned to pick me up. They offered to call me a taxi but could not get a hold of a taxi. I was offered 2 options, 1) They could continue to try and get a taxi or 2) I could be refunded my money. I chose to have my money refunded. I then contacted Lyft and they were at my location within 9 minutes. Avoid the stress and contact Lyft or Uber. read more

Should have checked the reviews before booking. Shuttle was 30 mins late, I paid extra to be taken into the Air Force base to my destination. They neglected to tell me they are unable to go on base. I told the driver we were late and he drove 45 on the freeway and dropped us at the front gate to the base where I had to then get a taxi to take me to where I already paid to be taken. Supreme shuttle sure was fast to take my money but can't take to paid destination. Customer service put in two refund tickets that take 10 days each to be resolved. My husband has called twice and they tell him no refund ticket has been opened ever. It has been 30 days and I'm still trying to open a refund ticket. Save yourself the headache and just avoid this company. The taxi outside the airport ready to go was the same price. If I would have known ahead of time I would have never booked with supreme and just taken the taxi, and I actually would have arrived on time. read more

While the driver was great, friendly and safe, the back office leaves a lot to be desired. They called me the night before to confirm my 6 am pickup at which point I questioned why so early, as I thought pickup would be 3 hrs before flight. A bit later I got another call with a 6:40 confirm and a similar text. At 5 am though I got a text indicating they'd be there in 1/2 hour!!! They picked me up an hour earlier than my confirmation with no explanation and now I'm at the airport 3 hours before my flight and very tired!!!! Horrible service. We went with the shuttle because it was cheaper than a cab. After waiting 15 minutes we got into the van. The driver didn't even carry our bags. We then proceeded to another stop to pick someone else up. The driver did not know the area, and didn't know how to use an iPhone for navigation. The person he dropped off first had never been to DC and she had to use her phone to give him directions. I had to do the same, he had no clue where to go. When I called their complaint department, the person I spoke with completely took up for the driver, and was very rude. Her comment "I can't in good conscience refund your money because the driver picked you up and took you to your destination". Never again will I use this service. Do not use this shuttle service!!! My husband booked this shuttle for me after delayed and re-routed flights caused me to fly into Reagan instead of Dulles where my rental car was waiting. They were supposed to pick me up when my flight arrived at 11:15pm, they didn't arrive until after 1am! No one told me when I checked in that I would be waiting for 2 hours in the middle of the night for the shuttle. If I would have known, I would have just paid extra to take a cab. I arrived at my rental car location in Dulles at 2am instead of before midnight and of course they were closed! I booked my reservation on line and once I arrived to the airport I checked inn and was taken to my hotel.The prose was very smooth and the ticket agent at the counter was very polite and helpful.The driver came to pick us up in less then 10 minutes,he was very kind and helped us out with the luggage. During the trip to my hotel the driver gave us very helpful information that made it easy for us to get around town. I used this shuttle service to get from Reagan to Ashburn VA. There are no other reasonably priced shuttles between these two points so despite the negative reviews, I thought I would give SAS a try. When I arrived in Reagan, there was no line at their kiosk and I boarded within 10 minutes of my reservation. The $40 trip price was very reasonable. The driver was very friendly and I reserved a return trip for two from Ashburn back to Reagan for Friday. On Friday I received a call from the shuttle driver shortly before my pickup time to advise he was minutes out. Our driver Tyson was very friendly, humorous and helpful, getting us to Reagan very quickly. Our group had nothing but good things about this service.
