This airport is truly beautiful and clean. It is a much nicer, quieter and cheaper connecting place. I had a much better experience going into DCA then I did trying to leave DCA for 3 days, cancellation after cancellation with weather and crew.

Great experience from beginning to end checked in my bag with no delays, went through TSA pre-check got a complimentary upgrade to CLEAR went through the line less than 10 minutes sitting at my gate waiting to fly out a great experience from the DCA airport staff and American Airlines staff!

TSA pre-check line was long, but fast moving this morning. Had plenty of time to stop for Starbucks on my way to the gate. The gate area had plenty of seating options available most with electrical outlets for charging and there was even a tables with 8 charging stations. For the number of people In the gate area, it's very quiet as the sun rises over DC.

The other terminals C, D,& E at Reagan national are just as equally nice as the main A & B. TSA has now become 2 check in areas and seem to be much quicker. Once in you can actually go to any terminal you want. There are different food and coffee options at all the different terminals. If you have the time and you need to get some exercise in this is also a great place to walk around

Reagan National Airport is one of my favorites. Amazing views as you fly in and out of the airport. There are a number of local restaurants represented and you can find some very decent food at DCA. The airport is easy to navigate.

Reagan national airport terminal C. This is the new terminal that opened a few weeks ago for American Airlines. For decades those of us who flew out of Reagan on American Airlines regional carriers were forced to use gate 35X which frankly was one step above the third world. The new terminal C is huge, and a welcome change. Outstanding job American Airlines. RIP 35X

The prices are sky high They had only 1 type sandwich (corned beef) and there was little else to get.

So big and clean. Not crowded at all. I appreciated how easy it was to get across. I've never flown through this airport before.

This airport is certainly a fantastic pocket airport. Sitting in the middle of the nation capital,…read moreit offers flights that provide easy access to the center of the city due to the location and this means often times the quickest way to get into the city when you're traveling there or leaving there. Our complaint would be utilizing the rental car service at this airport is difficult if your hours are not during standard operating hours. If the flight is an early departure, it can be difficult to get around because the airport does not offer shuttle service from the rental car area to the main terminal area during early hours. Additionally, we found rental cars were sorely underserved and were forced to wait more than two hours upon arrival to get our rental car. This was the same across all major rental car brands. So much so, that customers in each of the different brands were seeing cars picked off as they became available by the other rental car counters. It was a strange and inconvenient if not aggravating situation.

Definitely easier and better in that sense compared to flying in and out of IAD. Garage parking is free for the first hour. Something we take for granted as many other airports don't offer such a thing. Too bad just about all eatery places were closed when landing at 9pm or so. I wouldn't mind flying in and out of DCA in the future.

Who in their right mind intentionally separates themselves from their kids all in the name of one of you getting past the security checkpoint faster? Sorry boo, wasn't raised that way. As for my family and me; we'll remain civilized and stand in the line with the rest of the general population. It's too much going on in the world to purposely introduce chance into a well planned trip. No reason to debate with the TSA agent as I'm not trying to make the evening news. however it is annoying when your coworkers who are watching tell me how to bypass you. The airport is fairly small, and can get pretty congested during busy times, but that is legit any airport at this point...good thing with DCA is it is fairly well laid out, thoughtful with the restaurant and shopping options, clean, and in good condition for an aging and busy airport. Getting to and from is easy as well. The ride share areas is easy to find and as long as everyone follows the lay of the land, getting scooped up or dropped off is not a big hassle. While I usually do not take advantage, the Metro is available here and is easy to navigate to and from. Security for the terminals was easy to navigate and did not take long at all, especially for pre-check. Overall, DCA is a my go-to airport when flying in and out of DC, especially when Atlanta or Nashville are on the other end of my flights. Always easy with solid flight schedules.

It was easy to get to Baggage Claim. Once I got my luggage, though, there weren't any signs inside the airport directing where the Uber and Lyft pickup was. Overall, from deplaning to getting my luggage at baggage claim to waiting at the curb for Uber, it was no more than 30 minutes. The wait for the Uber driver was extra. Not bad!
