After the driver was 15 minutes late to pick me up for my flight, I had to call and cancel and drive myself to the airport. If I had waited any longer, I would have missed my flight. I've called and emailed to try and have my $$$ refunded but they haven't replied to my email from over a week ago and their voicemail box is full. They got us from the Airport to the Marriott Waterfront in Harbor East on the Charm'tastic Mile in less than 25 minutes. There wasn't a ton a traffic but the service was worth the extra-cost. I got into Baltimore with 3 other individuals Wednesday afternoon and quickly realized the precarious situation we were in with trying the get to our hotel. Our hotel, even though they advertised online that they offered an airport shuttle, apparently had not run it in almost a year due to COVID-19. Also of note was all four of us are military, returning from an overseas deployment and each had about two large bags a piece. We decided to try to split into two groups, order UBerXLs and try to get to the hotel that way. One group got one but the driver complained the entire time about the amount of luggage. My group had two different UBerXLs show up and refuse to take us with all of our luggage. We actually ended up renting a car to drive roughly 15 minutes. Trying to find a shuttle to take us to the airport was daunting because we all had early flights. Super Shuttle would not pick us up at the time we needed. I called this business, originally looking for a sprinter van. The rep I got said they needed more notice, but asked me what I really needed. I explained our predicament and she absolutely came through with two vehicles, one for the luggage and one for our passengers. Price was reasonable at roughly $42 per person. Service was great, driver was on time, vehicle was nice, and service was excellent. I would absolutely use again and avoid using Uber at BWI because all the drivers are a bit too precious. read more

I worked with Sayeed to transport my 15 year old daughter and her friend from BWI airport to a downtown Washington D.C hotel for the 2017 Girl Up Leadership Summit. I was extremely nervous but Sayeed and the driver, Ali, were so kind, helpful, and thorough. I must've called Sayeed a half dozen times with questions that were met with reassurance. Just as he promised, he sent an email the night before their flight, tracked their flight and was there early as the flight arrived early, called me to reassure me that he had contacted the girls, and then contacted me again when he had safely dropped the girls off at their hotel. Not only were they affordable, they accommodated a nervous mother in every way that they could. The girls also said that the driver, Ali, was extremely kind and professional. I would highly recommend BWI Shuttle as your go to for a car service. We will certainly be using them for our future trips to the Baltimore/D.C area. read more

I have used the BWI SHuttle service a few times up until now and have been largely satisfied. The drivers are typically professional and attentive to the passengers. This changed last night. I reserved a car for my daughter to be brought from BWI to my home in Bethesda. When my daughter arrived, she called me to inform me of the fact. I went to retrieve my grown (but quite petite) daughter and found her laboring with her luggage up an incline to the front of my building. The driver had dropped her off and departed with no concern about her location. She was nowhere near the building entrance which is very easily identifiable with lighting and signage. This is unacceptable. I might expect this from an Uber, Lyft, or taxi driver but not from a service such as this one. I spent a premium amount to have my daughter transported safely and professionally. Instead, I had to apologize to her over and over while helping her bring her very large and heavy luggage up the incline and into my building. I used this shuttle service to take me to BWI from DC. They were excellent. The communication was thorough - they called to confirm the exact pickup time. And then in the morning, they notified me that a marathon was coming through downtown and suggested an earlier pickup to make sure I got to the airport on time. The driver let me know by text when he was near and again when he was downstairs. The ride was very smooth, and my driver Raza, was very friendly and courteous. For me they used a nice SUV, not a shuttle style van, so it was comfortable. They only do 2 pickups per ride so you aren't driving all over town and stressed about getting to the airport on time. Much cheaper than a taxi. Highly recommend this service. read more

Their website is a bit confusing, but I was able to clear up some confusion with the reservation system. My driver later arrived 15 minutes early to the pickup spot and never stopped despite my selecting the two-stop option. Rates are fairly reasonable, at $38 for Columbia to Baltimore. read more

I needed a shuttle for my brother to go to the airport. I called and spoke with representative Syed. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He didn't rush me and answered all my questions clear and efficient. I unfortunately couldn't afford the cost it was just a bit higher due to the time my brother flight was booked for. After ending my previous call with Syed he called me back stating his manager is willing to waive certain fees. I was so excited and grateful. We had an early flight out of BWI and after reading a lot of reviews about shuttle services we decided to go with BWI Shuttle Service. Melissa W.'s review was spot on. These folks are excellent. The communications are excellent. The van was very clean and comfortable. Our return flight was just a little late getting in (rush hour) but the driver called me while the plane was taxing in to let me know he was there. It took almost an hour to get our bags. Our driver called me about every fifteen minutes to check in with us and each time assured us that this was not a problem. Very courteous and helpful in coordinating our pickup spot once we got the luggage. Excellent experience all around. We too highly recommend this service. read more
