I drop off packages for work now and then, and just recently had to visit quite a few times to ship boxes for Christmas. I always print out labels at home, so when I come in, I make sure an employee sees me and directs me where to drop my boxes. They scan them quickly after I leave, with is always a source of relief for me, and there never seems to be much of a line. Pleasant dealing with them.

This shipment was extremely important, yet after multiple calls from both myself and my mother, we still cannot get proper follow-up or accountability from customer service. At this point, we have had to investigate and search for the package ourselves. We located the home where it appears to have been delivered, but the residents are not answering the door or responding to notes left behind. Customers should not have to play detective to recover packages that FedEx failed to deliver correctly. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, urgency, and accountability afterward has been unacceptable. We trusted FedEx with an important delivery and were left completely unsupported when things went wrong.

Very pleasant individuals and good solid professional feeling in working with them. When the recipient was not there on the first attempt they immediately contacted me to provide options and see what I wanted to do. In the end, not as planned but the mission was accomplished. It was Saturday evening and I had called 5 other couriers services that had Saturday or 24-hr services earlier in the day. I got voice mail with all of them. All except one requested that I leave my business name and account and they would get back to me. I'm residential. None called me back. I did another search online and expanded the area. Flash popped up this time. Read their info. They serviced my area. Read the reviews. Everything looked good. So, I called them Saturday evening. Someone actually answered the phone! The guy, last name Stevens?, was pleasant/helpful. Told me if I filled out the form on the website, it would even provide the pricing before the purchase. The web site was straightforward and easy to use. Did not require me to be a business. Very reasonable pricing. I completed everything online and scheduled a Sunday morning pickup. Got email confirmations and the website provided the required shipping label. The gentleman who made the pickup was polite and helpful. I was sending flowers in a box and it had to remain upright. No problem. Got an email notification when it was delivered (you can elect to have email notifications on the web form). Wonderful service. Wonderful experience. To the other services that did not return my calls or had complicated web forms, you missed out on a customer! I will absolutely use Flash Delivery Service going forward.
