We called Reliable and David said he would pick us up in 30 minutes at the Ranger Station. He showed up in 20 minutes so there was no long wait at all. The car was clean, David was friendly, the drive was safe and efficient. The fare was reasonable. David told us to give him a call when we were ready to get back on the Metro to go back to the campground and he would meet us at the College Park Station to drive us back. We called and when we got off the Metro, had to wait for 10 minutes while he finished up with another fare. He apologized for the delay and didn't charge us for the ride back! The owner, admittedly, is underway in a busy season and sent zero text messages (as he has done in the past) to confirm a scheduled pick-up. Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself.
