I had great experience with this limousine company! This was my first time using this limo service but I decided to go with them because of all the great reviews they had. It was my boyfriend's birthday so I decided to surprise him with a limousine to take us to our destination. The driver called me to let me know he was outside so it was the perfect surprise because I knew exactly when to tell my boyfriend to go downstairs with me (he was under the impression that I was driving lol). He thought the limo was someone else's until I let him know that it was for him! The driver held the door open for us and was very polite and respectful to us throughout the entire time that we were with him. The inside of the limo was beautiful and the lights were amazing! I'm a huge fan of lights at night. We were dropped off at the front door and before we exited the limo, the driver opened the door for us and even assisted me with getting out of the limo (I was having a little trouble since my heels were pretty long lol). The driver even gave me a courtesy call to let me know what time we should start walking back to the limo because I told them that I did not want to go over time. We had a smooth ride going back home and the driver dropped us off in front of the hotel safe and sound and opened the door for us once again. He was extremely professional and not once looked like he was tired of doing his job. For my birthday this past weekend, my friends and I decided to rent a limo and do a wine tour. Diamond limos provided us with great service. After another service canceled my reservation the week before, I frantically had to call other places to make sure I could get the date. When I called diamond limos Kim was so helpful and easy to work with. Simply off of how hospitable she was over the phone made me want to choose them. On the day of, our driver hit some traffic on her way to us so she called to let me know she would be 5-10 minutes late. She arrived only 5 minutes late and made sure to add the time to the end of our trip. Our driver was polite, professional and gave us great service. I will definitely use them again for another event and surely recommend them! Our wine tasting tour turned out to be a blast with not one issue and Diamond Limos contributed to that! read more

Next -- Lets Get On The DRIVER Named WANDA That We Had For My Cousins 30th Birthday Party On 11/21 Going Into 11/22. From The Beginning Before We Even Boarded The Bus (After Giving Her The Remaining Balance For The Bus Rental) Wanda Was EXTREMELY Hostile To Our Group. She Was Very Negative As Far As Our Destination As We Expressed That If We Were To Go Over Our Designated Time We Had NO ISSUE With Paying The Difference. The Ride Was ROUGH. I Don't Think She Was Very Happy About Having To Drive Us From St. Mary's Co. To Washington DC (But Isnt That What We Paid Her For?) Once We Arrived To DC Wanda Was Extremely Rushy, Even Telling Us We Were "Getting On Her Nerves" & Even Threatened To Put Us Off The Bus! Which Definitely Caused A Uproar As That Was Extremely Unprofessional And We Were Just Trying To Have Fun. Bottom Line -- If You Decide To Utilize This Service Inquire On Your Driver -- I REPEAT -- INQUIRE WHO WILL BE DRIVING YOU, Because If Its WANDA Your Night Will Go Straight To HELL With Her Nasty Attitude. Needing a limo to celebrate ANOTHER birthday for my husband, we called Diamond Limo again. And again, we had incredible service!! As always, the reservation process was easy and the reservation personnel were friendly and professional. Eight of us were going out to Jiffy Lube Live to see a Motley Crue concert, and when T, our limo driver, saw all of us old fogies dressed up in heavy metal wear, she couldn't have been more on-board or happy for us. She hauled all of our beverages and bags of food out to the car for us and arranged it perfectly. Once at Jiffy Lube, some of us actually saw the show. Others of us just hung out in the parking lot in our beautiful limo. And T was perfect: fun, professional, and just onboard with whatever stupid hijinks we got up to. I think it says a lot for a company that -- even with a five-year span of time -- their professionalism and delivery of perfect service doesn't wane. My son's prom was a huge success! I was truly impressed with the entire process of Diamond's Limousines' services. The receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name) was very professional and was very accommodating since this was my first time obtaining their services. On the day of the prom, the Escalade was spectacular inside and out! The driver, Ms. T, was soooo professional and had a "down to earth" personality. First, she was on time. Second, when she dropped off my son and his friends, she texted me to let me know. She made sure that the process was outlined very well and made excellent notes in our booking so that there would be no confusion with the driver about where we were headed and what the plans were throughout the evening. I used Diamond Limo three times in recent years for Christmas parties. This last time (Friday, Dec 6, 2013) we went to New York for the day. Each time I used Diamond Limo I was very impressed with the service. The drivers arrived on time or early. The entire experience went well from the booking of our event to the professionalism of the drivers. In the past Tony was our driver and he is warm, funny and clearly cared a lot about the experience we had. This year Wanda was our driver and she is great. She was patient even while in driving in New York (no easy task). Both drivers are lovely and showed interest in making our experience a great time. I searched far and wide for a great value on a hummer limousine, calling many companies that were sometimes subpar with their customer service. I rejoiced in discovering Diamond Limousine who even booked me last minute. They were so nice throughout the process, plus the driver Larry showed up early and was more than pleasant in taking us wherever we asked. Given that we had a large group, he accommodated everyone's requests, which could be a bit much at times. He was very cool, enduring loud music, and is an excellent driver. Don't look any further for a limo service ! I couldn't have been happier with this company I used last weekend for my daughter's 13th bday celebration !! I called around to several companies and got quotes . Some were very unprofessional and one even seemed "annoyed" to answer my questions, which is ridiculous considering you are about to spend a good amount of your hard earned money , shouldn't you feel confident! I was getting frustrated until I called diamond . Let me start by saying that a business should REALLY pay attention to who is representing your company as a first contact to potential customers ! There are really no words for how great of an experience I had with Diamond Limousines! I am actually excited to write this review! I booked one of the limo buses for my 40th birthday wine tour in VA in August after reading various reviews and getting quotes from different companies. Diamond actually came in well under the other companies. In this day and age that sometimes throws a red flag, but in this instance it was a welcome change. It made the experience much more affordable and I had some extra cash to tip our driver a little more (because she deserved it!). I changed my itinerary about 5 times and everyone I spoke to in the office was amazing and accommodating without ever expressing any annoyance. Our driver Wanda was the amazing! She was the best person I could have hoped would be our driver. My mom came along and has trouble walking. Wanda made sure she pulled up to entrances so my mom wouldn't have to walk too far or go up too many steps. She even helped us set up our lunch at one of the vineyards! Great experience all around! By the way, I am not a frequent Yelper, but I think people should know about this excellent experience. A week ago, I was frazzled doing last-minute planning of my birthday celebration, and I had no idea about limo rentals whatsoever. I had contacted other companies (before Diamond Limos), but I was just as clueless and uncertain. When I contacted Diamond, I was immediately put at ease by Kim, who explained everything to me over the phone. She listened to my needs and concerns, and recommended the 16 px Hummer, one of their newest vehicles. Her patience and followup was the main reason I went with Diamond. She understood that I was apprehensive because I hadn't actually seen the vehicle before, and offered me photos and every bit of assurance possible. I spoke with a different lady at the office (Sandy?) to finalize the reservation, and she was every bit as friendly as Kim. The rental process was very smooth and easy. Wanda, the driver, called me twenty minutes before scheduled pickup to let me know where she was. She got to our location 15 minutes before schedule, and was very welcoming to my guests. She helped people on and off, and graciously opened the door for us at every stop. She followed every instruction/direction perfectly, and took us for a great tour of DC when I didnt have any other plans for after dinner. Timing was perfect, and she even hung out and joked around with us after dropping us off. My guests loved her, and so did I ! The limo interior was immaculate, and well stocked with beverages. I went to Diamond Limousines to reserve a limo for my wedding. On the day of our wedding they sent a regular black limo to pick us up. This was the worst part of my wedding. They didn't even call to tell us that the one reserved had broken down and they were sending a replacement. The worst customer service and communication I have ever had with a vendor. Even though they did offer a small discount it still was unfair to down grade us. We should of had the option to cancel or be able to upgrade. Luckily everything else turned out beautiful. read more
