Our driver Kevin showed up early by about an hour and kindly left us alone while he waited. We were very happy to see him so early and it made us feel very confident that he was a true professional. Which he absolutely was. He was considerate and courteous. He knew his way around our area like a native, which he was indeed a true Washingtonian. This was very comforting because the area in NW Washington was very complex with regards to parking and driving. The roads are very congested and you have to be very cautious with the many crossing streets and in synchronized traffic lights. Which is why we hired Infinty to begin with. We were going to a loved one's funeral and did not need the hassle of DC craziness. It's too much to handle in a time of mourning. Luis, Infinity Limo Car, drove my family to Arlington National Cemetery for the burial of my brother. The transportation was excellent, we could not have asked for more. Luis picked us up at our home (he arrived early) and we boarded a large luxury Van that appeared brand new. The interior and seats were superb. Replied two passengers, two suitcases and two carry-ons (small backpacks) Was then told that an SUV was required and the quote was almost doubled. Our Chauffeur, Nasir, greeted us at baggage claim and was very accommodating and patient as we had elderly people in our small group. Don't bother trying any other service. This is definitely the one. The car was showroom clean and fresh. We reserved a sedan to take us to get our first covid shot. I was worried because I have trouble walking and I didn't know if I could manage. Our driver, Mr. Atif Malik, was lovely. He drove into the medical facility's parking lot and dropped us off next to the specified elevator, and we were so pleased to see him waiting right there when we came down.
