I rented from Bayside for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and things were great! The car was clean, the ride was smooth and everyone had a great time. This last rental, not so much. When the car arrived, it was a much older model limousine. I opened the car door to put some snacks in the car and noticed it was hot inside. I asked the driver to turn on the air conditioning. When we loaded up, the car was still hot and it didn't get better as we drove - even the driver was hot. Unfortunately, we were dressed in suits and dresses and on our way to the Kennedy Center and we arrived in pools of our own sweat. The driver was fantastic and went to get a replacement car. The owner, however, has yet to contact me regarding the first leg of our trip. His first comment to me when I told him that the ride to the Kennedy Center was a bit hot, he said, "Well, it IS 100 degrees outside." I clarified that the air wasn't working and he indicated he had to verify that. I asked for a call back later that day and haven't heard from him yet. This is almost a full week later. I don't feel much like a valued customer and will likely not rent from or recommend Bayside going forward. It's a shame because I'm a photographer and my wedding clients will sometimes ask about referrals. read more

The driver was super-courteous and arrived early so that we'd be on time for my sister's wedding. Thanks in part to him, the day went so smoothly and it was a beautiful event. The limo was clean and huge, with plenty of room for the whole wedding party. He drove well- not too fast or slow- and got us straight there and we were able to get around a long line of horrendous traffic - as it happens, it only made sense to take the service road, which, Thank God for that! He listened to our directions and checked in periodically along the way to make sure he understood so as not to get lost. He was prompt and eager helping us into and out of the limo, never rushing us and somehow always being there when we were ready to jump out. Such patience and attentiveness should be rewarded (so if the owner is reading this please take good care of him). My mom definitely gave him a huge tip. Would highly recommend him and this company if all other drivers are like this. Plus the price was very competitive with other services my mom checked out. An added bonus: he was soo consistently nice to my mother and has a great sense of humor. The way he treated my mom means a lot. If you're reading this, Thank You. read more

I used Bayside for the day I proposed to my girlfriend (now fiance). I had planned a scavenger hunt for her for the day throughout Baltimore where at each stop she would be surprised by another 2-3 close friends of her and they would join her on the rest of the hunt. At the final stop, I would was waiting to propose to her. The logistics of the day was very complicated and stressing me out. But Jon at Bayside was amazing to work with! They updated bookings promptly and kept me informed of everything regarding the booking. The driver was also incredibly safe, polite, and accommodating to my fiance and her friends. And the price was very very very reasonable for everything they did! For reference, I booked a 15+ person Mercedes limo bus for close to 14 hours and was expecting to pay a whole lot than I did pay. My husband and I had an impeccable experience with Bayside Limousines as the transportation for our wedding day. We used one of their town cars for our getaway car from our wedding venue to our wedding night hotel. We literally had red carpet service! The car arrived on time, a red carpet was laid out for us to enter our car, our chauffeur, Mr. Chaney (wink wink!!) was remarkable and a true pleasure to ride with, and the romantic music that was playing for us in the car without special request was really nice. It wasn't a taxi experience where you ask the driver to turn the radio station because they played something you didn't like. Prior to the actual wedding day ride, working with the company to make sure both our arrival and drop off times and locations were correct and up to date was no hassle. Renee did a wonderful job checking and double checking the details to make sure there weren't any mishaps. She was great about communicating with us via email and telephone. Big mistake going with these guys. We booked Bayside Limousine for our wedding and were assured that they would call us the week of our wedding to confirm our schedule and related pick-up/drop-off plans. Four days before the wedding, my fiance calls them after we hadn't heard anything, and finds out that Bayside Limousine sold the large 32pp bus we paid for and had in our signed contract to transport our wedding guests to the venue!! After breaching the contract, they refused to give us our money back and would not provide another 32pp vehicle. Then they told us that the contract doesn't guarantee any specific vehicle (what?!) and that they could give us an Escalade limo for a discounted price instead. I have guests who are 60+ years old and you are now going to make them climb into a stretch limo? Wow. Not to mention that we NEVER would have purchased that vehicle, so we actually got stuck paying MORE (despite the discount). Under no circumstances would I ever recommend Bayside Limousine. Take your business elsewhere!! read more

Garron, our driver is a keeper, top notch customer service, professional , very informative, courteous, joyful, just amazing from pick-up to drop off. Our guest we're impressed with party bus. We used Bayside Limo for our wedding in in September. We had a great experience!! Bayside LImo was easy to communicate with from the start and we had no problem setting up a date and time schedule for the day of the wedding. They communicated with us the week of the wedding to confirm the schedule. On the day of the wedding, our limo transportation was right on time and everything went very smoothly. It poured on our wedding day, and our limo driver was wonderfully accommodating! He made sure to carry the umbrella over me so that my hair and dress stayed as dry as possible. He also helped my parents get into their car so that they wouldn't get wet before the wedding. He had such a calm pleasant demeanor--I felt completely confident in him and felt very relaxed once we got into the limo. He was right by us for all of our transportation needs to the church and to the reception hall and he did a great job every step of the way. I highly recommend Bayside Limo! Jonce provided great communication and we set up a night-time visit to the monuments with 16 guests to celebrate my son's college graduation. Jonce arrived at the restaurant on time, but we hadn't finished our dinner, so I let Jonce know that we would be late and would like to book an additional rental hour. He was very flexible and said that all was fine. We were finally ready to board the bus about an hour after I had reserved it; Jonce had the bus ready for us and off we went. He took us to 3 monuments and the US Capitol before we all tuckered out and were ready to go home. Jonce was always professional and welcoming. The 26-passenger bus was roomy and fit our group well. We brought along beverages to supplement the bottled water, ice and glasses provided on the bus. We really enjoyed the evening we spent with Bayside Limos and would definitely rent from them again! I would strongly recommend Bayside Limo for any social or business function. We reserved Bayside for a Garth Brooks concert scheduled for Saturday January 23rd. Unfortunately, our area was hit with a blizzard and the concert was postponed until Sunday January 31st. Bayside moved the date without an issue. This was the very first concert for our daughter that has Cerebral Palsy. Vicky the driver couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating to her needs and placing the wheel chair in the limo trunk. Drop off was at the front door of the venue and pick up was just as easy with Vicky waiting when the concert ended. You won't find a better limo company in the area... On a side note, I previously worked for a local caterer and in 10 years, never heard a complaint from a client that used Bayside... this is the main reason that I chose them for my daughter's special event. read more

I reserved the party bus for my daughters 23rd birthday and it was the best! Kevin the driver was early picking them up from dinner so he waited until we were done. He played my daughters favorite song as her and her friends were walking to the bus. There was a banner and balloons waiting inside. After they drove off, I texted him several times because I was nervous but he assuredly said..."I got them". For some reason I felt at ease and was able to relax. They picked several lounges to drive to but they were either closed or not "popping" so he drove them around the city so they could sight see. They came in from Texas so that was PERFECT!!! I don't want to shed a light on something that went wrong but I think it's important because of the effort Kevin made to fix a problem when it arose. We used Bayside for our wedding day on June 19th, 2019. Easily one of the hottest days of the year in Baltimore city and at one point the AC in the van stopped prior to picking up my wife and her family. What could have been a disaster turned into a moment for Kevin to shine. In the middle of that blistering heat he got out and on the side of the road FIXED the AC and was able to get my wife and her family to the ceremony on time. SUPERB SERVICE‼ Surprise limo party bus for my son and his classmates graduation ceremony in June 2019 was a SUCCESS‼ Our limo driver rolled out the red carpet upon arrival and at every stop we made as I requested during our excursion. Bayside Limousines helped our families create memories we will cherish for a lifetime. Sound system inside the limo was perfect. A/C temperature was great, and the interior setting was Feng Shui! I used Bayside Limousines for a thirtieth birthday party and they were awesome! Contacted Jonce on yelp and he was quick to respond and answer all my questions. It was an easy booking process. When I was reviewing yelp review for other companies I read of stories of the AC not working or the sound system not working-- which is a major downfall, I'm renting a party bus to play music, have fun, and be comfortable and worry free! I had none of these issues with Bayside Limousine. The bus was clean and we were able to control the temperature and were able to connect our phone to play music via Bluetooth. I wanted to go on a winery tour with my friends for my 30th birthday and Bayside was really helpful throughout the process from start to finish! Bayside Limousine was fantastic. We needed a ride to the airport and wanted something comfortable and large enough for ourselves and 2 grandchildren plus all the luggage. We were expecting a suburban or navigator type of vehicle but much to our surprise and especially to the delight of my granddaughters there was a large limo style van, complete with lights and sound system in the driveway. Our trip to the airport couldn't have been more exciting. What a great way to start a vacation. Jon was terrific and such a pleasure to work with.
