Hassan responded to my inquiry within minutes and gave a price quote for the type of car service that I need. He gave me specific and easy to follow instructions on how to book my ride either through call or text. As soon as I booked it, I was immediately given contact info of my driver to double check every details with him. Our driver, Mongi, was punctual and very professional. The dispatcher called me back immediately after I left a message with the company, and was friendly and helpful in coordinating travel details for an airport pickup for my parents, who are... not technology friendly. Dispatcher called me back the afternoon of my parent's scheduled arrival with specific info on their driver - name, phone #, etc - in addition to trying to text it to them. (Nice try, my parents don't understand texting.) Their driver called moments after they stepped off the plane, and he was available curbside to them as soon as they'd collected their luggage. I'd warned them that there was quite a bit of luggage, so the driver had even brought an assistant to help him load up. Mom reported that the SUV they sent was clean and well cared for, and still had plenty of room for her, my dad, and their 8 suitcases. Driver was friendly and attentive. Mom could not have been more pleased. She even asked for his card! (Mom NEVER does this, because she finds fault with EVERYTHING.) I think it's safe to say we've found our new transportation service! I really wanted to give a good review. I turned to this company after reaching out to another and…read morenot getting a response. Three of us used this service for transport to/from the PHL airport. The initial conversation with Mike to set-up the transport was lengthier than it needed to be as he wanted to confirm and re-confirm every small detail. It took more than 30 minutes to make simple arrangements. When it was clear he was confused about the pick-up location, I offered to share a pin for the location but it was apparent he does not use a cell phone or a map app. Mike was not very professional on the phone. When he called the day before the transport to confirm everything, I missed the call and his VM was "What the hell is going on?" When I tried to call them on a later date, both lines were busy for 30 minutes in the middle of the day - not a good way to provide customer service. The driver was friendly, but her driving skills were questionable. She is elderly with a bad leg. When turning at one red light, she took the turn very wide and incredibly slow (as if she could not see the road well - it was dark). When traveling on I95, she drove erratically and crossed the lines. She also took the wrong exit for the airport but stayed to the left to get right back onto the highway, so no harm/no foul. The minivan smelled like cigarette smoke. The return trip was just as eventful. The same driver decided to get off the highway due to increased traffic but was unsure of her route and even asked us where she should go. (She had a cell phone but did not use it or any other device to navigate.) When we suggested the route to take, she responded with "I know! I know!' They were willing to modify the pick-up time after we were able to secure standy-by tickets on an earlier flight...so they were flexible. However, I will never use their service again and would not recommend it to anyone. The cost was neglibly less than other services and it is not worth the hassle.

After re calling them a dodge caravan showed up. We barely managed to fit everything in.
